Airtel frustrated me last Sunday
I needed to contact someone urgently and there was no network at all
In the process of me being in a haste I mistakenly recharged over my 9mobile line
I was so frustrated

You're a Nigerian you know how our country is, why didn't you:
1. Use MTN, which is the most reliable network in Nigeria
2. Load data on Glo and 9mobile and Mtn to all serve as back up
3. 10mins to the start of the event, why didn't you test your internet connection?

What a joke. You have a million naira contract before you but you couldn't equip yourself with all the necessary tools and back ups. Going forward, let mtn,glo and 9mobile serve as backups

9mobile is a disaster in my area. I bought their Sim last week. registered, slotted it in my phone only to see GPRS no 3g or 4g. I just didn't bother to recharge it.

No..it is mostly Lagos because it is commercially profitable given the size and financial liquidity of the region vis-a-vis the cost of operations in comparison to operating in the east. and their primary backhaul MainOne Cable ha not reached the East
