We can start with the REGIONS again
Regional govt can be considered but, we have to eliminate state government or local govt. Maybe each city in a region will have a mayor.

We can't have federal, regional, state, n local government, that will only be increasing the cost of governance.

Dude it's not About human capital

Trust me , Nigeria have much more capital.....it's the mindset! If you have travelled you will understand that few Americans have college degrees ...

Dude we have more human capital but what we don't have is deep thinking which some of you have demonstrate ...most of the black think shallow and sentimental....as you have demonstrated

You can't see Russian chasing the polish or cezch folks out of present day Russia...they are same race ,they have come understand the concept of group economics which people like you are still battling with

You guys should eschew this shallow thinking
You are still not making any sense, how will you proof that Nigeria has got human capital when your country is a shithole you want to build roads, bridges etc you have to either bring the Chinese or Germans to build it for you and you are claiming Nigeria has human capital, hahaha you are very funny. Do not get me wrong, there are individual Nigerians with human capital and western countries appreciate them and " brain drained" Nigeria by granting them visa and stay permit, for the instance the Nigeria doctors UK wanted them to come during the peak of covid 19 when the NHS was stressed, despite the fact that inbound and outbound flight was suspended, the UK still wanted to find a way to take them in. If you go back to my previous response to you, i explained that countries want skilled migrants or migrants that will invest into their economy and not economic migrants that will bleed their economy, and make life harder for them, If the Ibos are impacting the Ghanians economy positively, am sure the government will not be stupid to lock their shops.
On the example you stated that Russian will not chase out Polish or Cezch out, why will Russian do that, those two countries are developed and they have proven that they have human capital. Why did Donald Trump said that people from Norwey and other European countries should be allowed in and people from some poor Africa countries and middle east should be banned from coming in, because Norwegians have gat money and human capital. Me now as a Yoruba man, i do not mind people from Americans, Canadians, Japan and Europe (excluding the conny English whose aim is to steal) come in to Yoruba land because i know they will most likely to bring in money and brain to shape and develop the Yoruba land and actually, i will like to deport and ask Fulanis terrorizing yorubas in their farm land and ibos selling fake drugs and doing criminal activities in our town and cities to leave Yoruba land.

1. The township people also moved into the Pretoria and Durban cbds but they did not become wastelands like Joburg, which is the preferred city for Nigerians. And as soon as Nigerians and their rodents move into a neighborhood black South Africans immediately move out. I wonder why that is the case. grin

Point 1. Joburg is not the "prefered" city for Nigerians or any immigrant for that matter , it is the "DEFAULT" city because it is the first point of entry for most immigrants that enter the country by air and is the commercial capital of South Africa.

Point 2. It wasn't the immigrants that chased the indigenes out of the CBD, it was crime. The one heavily perpertrated by your own kind. Several Hijacks, Shootings, killings and prostitution. The Nigerians came in, saw what was going on and in their usual fashion capitalized on the market that was already establishe and available.

Point 3. Poor South Africans still live in the CBD. They haven't gone anywhere.

Point 4. The shock of the city life scared some location dwellers back to their enclaves they were so used to Pre-1994. They were so shocked at the fast life that they retreated back to their locations around the city.

Point 5. The rest of the poor class that couldn't afford the rent in tehe CBD usurped land around the area and started establishing shacks, and asking government to give them electricity , plumbing and subsized DSTV service.

2. I've proven to you with that Nation article that you run drugs in SA. CASE CLOSED.
You don't need to prove to me young padawen, this has been known for a while. Nigerian criminals are into illegal activites in SA.
3. Ubuntu is also a lived experience, so I don't know how an arrogant and boastful attitude enhances society. But u the expert on SA, so I'll go read those books u recommended. grin[/quoe]

When you are brave enough to leave the shores of your enclave and visit Nigeria and then learn about the people there instead of being fed garbage from the images that hit those satellites ontop of your RDP houses about Africa the faster you will understand what Ubuntu really means.
4. Don't act like Nigerians never resist arrest and cause a scene when confronted for their evil ways. You people invented the stripping naked tactic and shouting at the tip of your lungs. With your gorilla type stature any SA police officer us likely to toast your as.s when u get up to this primitive antics.

Don't be mad at the robust, masculine physical features of the West African compared to that of Southern Africans, it comes from our diet of real food as opposed to the PAP and left over cow parts you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If any one resists arrest and is injured then thats on him but at least its better than our folk who actually shoot back at police when they are confronted.

1. Our poor people are fighting injustice the same way they protest for electricity. It doesn't mean they don't have it, they just don't want it disrupted.

And the point here is that you people fight and other people don't. When next you get on a plane I will take you to Ogoni where people fought a guerilla war with the government with real weapons and not those clubs you Zulu warriors wave around.

TMKsouth:

2. Believe me I know my country far better than u do. Im asking YOU these questions to expose u for the charlatan that u are - only always exxagerating SA's woes, which we don't deny by the way, the same u deny being the scum of the world.

You should know your country far better than I do, you were born there. This however doesn't say anything about my knowledge of your country cause you haven't proven nor denied anything I have said as lies.

TMKsouth:

3. Even if u don't live in SA my assertions still apply to the 100s of 1000s of NIGGERian REFUGEES claiming to be the best thing since sliced bread. But worry not, black South Africans will beat u into shape and subservience. It's already happening. grin

I know its happening that's why I am sounding the alarm right now for those who live there not to be deceived by the glamour on the streets and hills of SA The people are scarred internally and they are about to burst out all that pent up anger that has been brewing for 400 years under mental oppression.

TMKsouth:

4. Those hijacked rat hole buildings you call home are being reclaimed. I'm certain u are familiar with one HONOURABLE GERMAN MASHABA. He was the mayor of Johannesburg until recently and did his fair share to sweep u folk out. He's now running for president so your days are numbered grin grin. I'm definitely voting for him!! cool cool

HAHAHAHA, the googled eye Mashaba who made his fortunes from selling your women cunk that burnt their scalps.

I wish him good luck on his new political party, he will go the way of Cope and the rest of the other irrelevant parties that have popped up.

The man is as dumb as they come.

Point 1: I thought it was claimed that everything Nigerians do in SA, other nationalities replicate.

Point 2: How many Rwandas does it take to run a club, infact riddle me this, how many Ghanians, Congolese, Zambians, Malawians does it take to run a club?

I don't even know if they realize the ripple effect of chest beating and claiming to be the best. Look at the number of Yoruba doctors abroad alone, Yorubas dominate streets in UK without getting harassed or harassed by anyone because they know how to behave when you are living on foreign soil. A Yoruba man owned Gatwick airport and Yorubas didn't come out to celebrate him like he is a God, they don't worship money they simply appreciate good morals and values.

They talk about being all successful in Lagos, one question please, do they sell all their products to only Igbo people. You succeed off the backs of a group people and then turn around to insult them at every opportunity you get. This shouldn't be a game of who is bigger than everyone else because the success of Igbo people mean the success of the SW as we all know they will never invest anything meaningful in their own village.

Mouths had always affected Igbos even since the time of Azikiwe.Ojukwu did it when he said they had the best army...Biafran army....in Africa.

Their children continue on the same stupid path. Why they do this beats me.Any little achievement,an Igbo man will thrust it into your face severally that he is better, wiser, bigger, finer, etc than you.

I pray that Igbos continue to grow by the grace of God but they should stop doing those actions I just enumerated that make people uneasy about them.Any individual that does that will have oppositons, not because that person is really truly better but it irritates. While some people do not care,a few who might be in thousands do.Let us be civil.

Keep on lying to yourself and full list of the reason why they are running away is because nobody invest in Nigeria not even Nigeria Nigeria is 138 country in the world in investment. Also Nigeria's GDP to manufacturing is only 9%. These people are running away from Nigeria because there is no opportunity in Nigeria 37% of Nigerians leaving the country and running to other African countries 78% of Nigerians live in the country are running to other third world countries the main reason for this in Nigeria is there is zero competition zero investment. When you have a country where manufacturing only contribute 9% to the economical growth. When you have a country like Nigeria where 85% of the country's money is outside the Country. When you have a country like Nigeria which 156 in the world in human development index and 148 in the world in education who wants to stay in that country. Please illiterate you have to change your behaviour this is how most of my Nigerian people are they open their mouth without using their brain especially Yoruba people which are stuck illiterate. I was just looking a recently what is happening to Nigerians in Zimbabwe and some Nigerians were saying you can kill us we cannot go back to Nigeria because there is no opportunity there.
Dangote,Otedola, Adenuga, innocent chukwuma, Nnamdi Ezeigbo etc are making it big time.even the Chinese are making it big in Nigerian, how com you are Nigerian can't find opportunity? Nigeria is not a producing Nation but a commercialised country and that is the opportunity the Dangotes are exploring. The shops they closed down, people are doing same businesses here. There is no market in Ghana as half as big as that of Nigeria. Nigerians move to those countries to tap into opportunity not been explored by Ghanians

It's best we just fix our country and leave other African countries to themselves. The next thing is to F*ck Ecowas and f*ck A.U. Cut off electricity to the rest of West Africa and distribute that shit here amongst the populace. We would pay our bills. Just make the modafucking light stable. Pity, we had oil and misused the proceeds. Now oil is no more. We are the giant of Africa but we f*cked it all up. We are still f*cking it up. F*ck!
