I have always been of the opinion that you inform new writers you intend to hire, to submit their jobs one chapter after the other. once you find out the first and second chapters are crappy, you immediately tell them not to bother with the job. Because, once a writer submits the entire job whether it is crappy or not, he or she will demand full pay. I had the opportunity to recruit writers, out of 25 submissions, i was only able to hire two writers. The others did not meet my expectations.

This isn't the case here. Read through the opening chapters in the screenshots posted for confirmation of my claim. I've been writing for 6 years and have almost never had my works rejected
