It is no doubt that landlords and tenants often have very shaky relationships that stem from many issues bothering on rent payment and different breach of contracts by either the landlord or the tenant.

Mine was not physical damage.
It all happened back then in school, our lodge owner was notorious for always milking students. Small time, money for light( light wey de come once in 600 years), money for gen repairs (when gen never spoil oo,in fact how gen wey we no de use go spoil ), Lodge maintenace(buying of bulbs and repairs), settling of villagers. U can imagine!!! The matter just weak everybody but we no talk base on say the lodge de close to school and e fine.
And me na one kind popular guy in dat lodge as people de come my place come charge weneva i on gen as we de barely get light.
So for my 3rd year, en get one lodge wey de close to our own wey dem complete, so as a sharp guy i meet the owner come reason am unto house agent levels. The man agree. Na so i convince more than 20+ tenants to follow me pack go the lodge. Dem agree. Na so the landlord wan die of anger. Those people wey stay back later join us the next session. The former lodge just cast upon say de man later reduce rent de on gen for them

I de sure say de man go don cry tire.

Flooded the entire compound with Miss Paris; one kind of spiritual oil being used by Cele people. She would wake up in the middle of the night and start burning incense. She gave us hell before she eventually packed out and did not pay her rents for up to two years. Kai, d woman suffer me no be small.

Two years Why do landlords allow tenants stay this long without paying ?

She was always playing the victim; and obviously attracted a lot of sympathy to herself. Imagine begging a tenant to leave your house.

fixed some useless wallpaper. i had to spend 60k to remove it replaster and repaint the apartment
