Eltye company is the best company i can boldly say im very pleased to work at . Barely two months old and the company is already celeberating my success. I bless God for giving me this opportunity and at the same time for meeting a wonderful boss like the R.M.D which i have decided to take as my mentor . A boss that celeberates every bit of your success monthly and is also genuinely happy for you . Which boss takes out time to celebrate what you have done at the end of the month, after u must have worked your ass out through out that month trying to better your boss's bank account ,if not the only thing youre being given is best staff of the month e.gframe lol, who that one epp . Dont be deceived by anyones comment here , come see for yourself how the mission of elyte aligns with your mission in life . Ure asked to pay 5k for a material that youre going to work with as a staff in the organization and which a certificate is included as well and youre saying is scam . GOD Help your future but as for me , this is my LAST BUSSTOP . It is said youre extremely POOR when your keep Passing Over Opportunity Repeatedly. This is a great opportunity and i advise you dont pass it because of the nasty comments here . God bless My M.D and God bless ELYTE CONSULT (E.E.T.C).

Even the Bible says...My people perish because of lack of knowledge...as you can see that we at ELYTE are committed and excited group of people and you don't have to like what we do or what we offer since you are not seeing the Vision as being able to hold your future in your hands and plan your dreams out. In the world full of frustration ànd uncertainty of what the future holds. I am so glad I am part of an organization like this which makes it easy to believe and know my future is secured. The way the company representatives are coming to attack people they have extorted says a lot about them. I wonder where they get email address of job seekers from. Imagine waking up at 2:48a.m to get a mail from Lara Danjuma that does not exist on LinkedIn only to get here to get more info that the company will tell you to pay 5k and another additional 30k .
Na person wey dey find job,na their money una dey use pay salary.

I regret the day I ever responded to acknowledging their mail. Your number one prayer should be- may we not be caught in the web of desperation as this is where jobs like theirs come to the foray.

Lemme break down how the whole process went.

So, i got the mail as every other person got theirs. Stepped out the house, joined a bus going to Agege. Got down at Lawma axis where there is ongoing construction and the unpainted building besides Pythagoras College is location for this charade.

The travesty begins with a verification at the gate by some malnourished stern looking Gateman who would ask for the mail you got for the invite. Then, you proceed to the building that still looks under construction. You see some shabby looking youths spread across the building. From all indications, if you are smart enough, your instincts will tell you what you are in for. Predominantly decked in white and black attires, you see supposed staffs walking aimlessly around the premises. Then you register your details and you are led by a retinue of desperate looking staffs who tell you where to sit. There are four training rooms. In my case, I sat and waited for over an hour. I looked around and I saw very funny looking guys and girls. Native on Jean, mohawk on a Jean and shirt, lady with worn out zip looking corpulent and all that. It was a farce.

Then, you are told to clap as they herald the presence of Ms Tosin, some pretty Head of HR. And something is predominant, you hear screaming like Lords Chosen members from the other rooms. Their strategy is to denigrate you, psychologically dampen your ego to believe their skulduggery. Then another idiot comes and tells you to always scream SURE when he asks a question. They play you videos that you can easily upload online on YouTube. I believe alot of them have sold drugs in Lagos buses before because they are so sugarcoated. For a building that cant even build a good bathroom for staffs, their exploits speak volume. They keep in a training for 12 hours with no food and they tell then its building of tolerance and perseverance.
The most annoying catch is that they all claim to have first class from top universities and they lie that they turned offers from Shell and other blue chip companies. They tell you that your salary is 80k but you are gonna be a partner with them. They do healthcare and wellness, agriculture, training and entrepreneurship. I like the fact that they know their onions but the savagery is asking job seekers to pay 5k for training materials for the same job you would do for them. And they wont hesitate to run you dry even if its 100 naira you have. The way they go about it is scary. You are blocked from going out, gatekept and persuaded to pay anything for your prosperity. That's preposterous.

With all these, you can make your deductions if they are scam or not. Let's I forget, they have a maverick of a DGM who is conceited and filled with hubris. She comes and brags about having trained in 28 countries, using designer bags and perfumes, living lavidaloca and all that. That shit was so irrelevant Madam.

I hope this peice was expedient for those who will get their emails soon. By the way, they are still sending me emails after I went and rejected their offer.

Helo sir.. Please I need ur help.. I got an invitation from elyte...

Pls what hints can you give me about the interview?

Good evening guys,
Please if you went for the elyte entrepreneurial training today which is dated Saturday August 22nd and you gave me your phone number to call you because you felt everything is wrong with the whole settings. You were even trying to explain to me that they're all scam. Kindly signify if you're the one cos I misplaced the paper you wrote it in.
Thank you for trying to warn me ahead.

It's very pathetic how you come online to make baseless point. What is said below has no point. I just think your problem is you know to much but it's just unfortunate that with all your grammar you have no job not to talk of business cos Entrepreneurship obviously is not in your DNA. I'm talking like this cos I have a friend in Elyte who is doing well & making money.

By breaking the process below; what point are you driving out? That the company is a scam or what?. Only people who are illerate or lack vision will read this & not attend.

2 Things you need to know about yourself & Advice ?

1. You have to much school knowledge that's why you are where you are. Attend Entrepreneurship Trainings to upgrade your money skills

2. Never Judge a book by its cover. It's a sign of lack of foresight.

-State the title of the offer( Business Development Associate).
it's not a Job. it's Business offer and that know one forces you to buy Resource materials. If you chooses to buy it's N5,000. But it so obvious that someone like you does not appreciate books & you didn't a have plan for your children yet unborn, because if you do, you will love to build business for your children yet unborn.
Building your own business is the best thing that u can do, because no matter the year you spend working for someone as Employee your life cannot change & your name cannot be on the list of the richest people in your family, church, Community, State, Nigeria, Africa & the World.
People like you pray to God for success but you didn't
want to take risk , remember if you don't paid the price for success, you have already paid price for failure, And the greatest scam taking place in your life right now is the scam of your destiny. because your ignorance will scam your future. Instead for you to attend a training to be trained and receive opportunities you are here
shorting scam. Any way that was the way people like u called Bill Gates a scam when he introduced the computer to the world. Today he is the richest man in the world and those who called him scam are poorest people in the world.
Very soon we will build Entrepreneurs who build companies and guess what we will Employ u and ur Generations.
Re: Is This Elite Entrepreneurship Training Consult A Scam? by Cynthiaigwe: 12:56pm On Aug 23, 2020
But what exactly is the problem with you all talking about extortion and the rest really . I believe noone put a gun to your head requesting you pay any sum of money to anybody in the company . Its not a do or die affair . If youre interested you do and if not ,you take a walk . You passed the first stage of interview which you were interested in when asked by the hr team if you are interested in building a business and you say Yes . Youre being invited and we ask you to get a very important material which a certificate is included ,which will help you stand as a certified business developer in our organization and enable you go for different trainings in prestigious organizations and you call it scam . Lol , why not go out there for a training and see if more than 5k isnt being collected from you ,why not call that alone a scam . We're all entrepreneurs and our mission is to build and train individuals who are WILLING to be entrepreneurs which so many people are progressing ,happy and excited in the organization . If there are no opportunities you CREATE one and that is what Elyte has done for us, they have assisted us into creating a Very SOLID and GREAT opportunities which the result is already there . The People you call retarded in the organization have chosen a path which you havent chosen any for yourself , so do the maths and see who's the retarded one . Elyte is just the place to be and im glad my business is in a good shape and im glad to also Elyte is getting popular lol but for the good.... . God bless my MD .come to Elyte and see for yourself if its truly scam and dont let negative comments who are anonymous kill your dream. GOODLUCK

Why do people use social media to spoil another man's business. Don't forget the law of karma. So if you cant join the consult why using your ignorance attitude to create popularity on the social media.

Elyte Entrepreneurship Training Consult is an entrepreneurial firm which was stated on the invite & the system of approach is best known to its management
Re: Is This Elite Entrepreneurship Training Consult A Scam? by Victorbaw: 2:20pm On Aug 23, 2020
Elyte this, Elyte that. If you use this same energy and go and drag government this country will be a better place. The real problem is all those places you have been working for years look at your life now and tell me if it has changed. Some of you typing here based on certification where do you think you can be employed and truly one day you can say that your life will change.
Life is like a film one should watch. I dare anyone of your writing bad about Elyte that keep track oh and in few years to come let’s see how far you have gone with your own life.
Anyway go and call sars for your government that does not care whether you live or not and not for an entrepreneurial firm. My issue is after you attended any session at Elyte and you still come here to write rubbish then you really have serious problem oh. Because you were told clearly that is entrepreneurs we need, and if you feel training material is a problem, then check your life well.
I will always defend Elyte because you are not forced to do anything, if you don’t want the offer leave and stop wasting more of your time and life coming here.
Everyone has their path and I know what is worrying most of you is that you are just angry and frustrated with life.
Elyte entrepreneurship is doing great things that is why there are people who discriminate them. When you are doing something great, you must always have negative people. So all of you here saying rubbish about Elyte are just negative. Peoples lives are changing while you are still here. Some people since lockdown they are still where they are oh, the year will end again and they might still be where they are.

Wise up with your self and life. Time waits for no one.

I just received a mail from them this morning. I will rather use the 5k to buy myself chicken and ice cream, and change will still remain, than to give it to a stranger who is trying to exploit me. Even my mail told me it is a spam message. They sent the message 3 times, how desperate can they be?

This is the new way of surviving due to the current situation in the country. My friend also fell victim of a scamming company like this. After detaining them for almost the whole day at Toyin street, Allen, they asked him to bring 4k. Unfortunately, he gave them 500 naira and they hungrily still collected it, he told them he will bring the rest the next day before i talked him out of going back there. The annoyimg thing is the transport fare he spent going all the way from Ogun state to Allen.

A legit company will never ask you for money, not even 100 naira. How will you pay someone to pay you? Even if they wanna give you training, it should be one of the added benefits of working with the company and can be deducted from your salary. Look at the picture above, they are all snapping with indomie cartons and they look very hungry. Lol. The background doesn't even look like they are doing well. And who allows people to dress like that in a corporate organization?

If any of the scammers reply this, because I've observed that's all they know how to do, i won't waste my energy or response on you. My time is too precious. So don't bother!!!! If you were really legit, you will resist the urge to shalaye and let ppl see the wonders of ur company themselves. Empty barrels make the loudest noise!

My fellow Nigerians!! Pay them ur 5k at your own risk! Desperate ppl can do anything! Today it might be 5k, next week, it might be ritual they will use you for! Let's be guided!

I have gone through this thread and to be honest, its false advertising and deceitful to get unemployed people to come for a job interview only to make them pay for training. I got the below invite, which didn't even state what I applied for (even when I know I didn't apply to ELYTE or a Business Development Associate Role). I hope they didn't mislead unsuspecting applicants into sharing their email and contact information. It might not be a scam but its bad enough and unethical being that its false advertising.

So @Elyte team had better come out to sell their training as loud and explicit as they can, if its a quality and loaded training they would definitely get people to enroll genuinely not by these crafty play. and please I am not interested any training I know how I source and pay for my own training. Hence I won't be attending any interview/training with you guys. My advice is you desist from these false misleading job advertisements and save your firm avoidable reputational damage.

Well, in the mail, I was invited for an interview on Thursday. I was actually contemplating to go but thank God for nairaland for shedding light into their operation. May God punish everyone trying to swindle innocent job seekers from the little money they have

My dear sorry naira land is not a blessing but the stumblingly block to your success. Mr Man don't tell me u are not old enough to make decisions for yourself. According to u, u received a mail inviting u for an interview and u we're contemplating whether to come or not but because u came incontact with naira land the most negative platform that decieve people u decided not to come . Well all I can say is u don't judge people or any organization from afar if u really want to know what we do come closer . If according to naira land Elytetc is a scam have u ask yourself why the government have not shut down the organization yet. I will advise u and all the negatives people from naira land to stop spreading fake news to people. Thank u

*NAKED TRUTH*

One day, a school teacher wrote on the board the following:
*9×1=7*
*9×2=18*
*9×3=27*
*9×4=36*
*9×5=45*
*9×6=54*
*9×7=63*
*9×8=72*
*9×9=81*
*9×10=90*

When He was done, he looked back at the students and they were all *laughing at him because of the first equation which was wrong.*

Then the teacher said the following:
I wrote the first equation wrong on purpose, because I wanted you to learn *Something important.*

This was for you to know how the world out there will TREAT you!

You can see that I wrote the *RIGHT thing nine times*, but none of you congratulated me for it.

But you all laughed and criticized me because of *one wrong thing* I did.

*The lesson is:*
The world Will Never Appreciate the good you do *a million times*, but will Criticize the *one wrong thing* you do.
So don't Get Discouraged!

*ALWAYS RISE ABOVE ALL CRITICISM.*

Elyte Entrepreneurship Training Center is a place where we empower youths in becoming entrepreneurs. From the name it is very very clear so I’m wondering where there is a mix up. Now also an interview session is just a one on one chat with two individual. So what exactly is it with people linking it to one particular thing. When Elyte invites you for this chat, you are informed that we are looking for entrepreneurs and not everybody. So you that said you rather use your 5k to buy chicken and ice cream, God forbid I ever employ you in my organization since you don’t have a sense of building yourself. How many food have you eaten but look at where your life is still. You complain about the building and the people but then what exactly is it that you have created or done.

Do not judge from what people are saying because I know every man has his own mind. Elyte will train you freely for the position of a Business Development Associate and then will give you some materials but not free. So wake up from this mentality that the organization changing lives is not real. It is real for those who come and pass through our training.
It is just poverty mentality that is affecting most people in this life.
Let’s be guided and start moving forward and if you get our mail and you don’t want to be an entrepreneur please don’t even come in the first place we are not looking for you, what we are looking out for are ENTREPRENEURS!!!!!!!

Reading through this thread is enough for people to make their choices.

Imposters like this Elyte should have been charged for deception and those who are defending them here are only showing us how lowly their life had been before they they were invited for this nonsense. The sheer lack of honesty in the invitation process should have put you off.

If you're here defending them with all that has been said about them, I wont argue with you it only shows how downtrodden you were before this people called you and I don't blame you, it's what Nigeria has become. Forget whether or not you are earning some change now, you still need serious upgrade in your thinking and your personal evaluation of yourself.

Even if these liars have somehow helped deliver you from starving do not think that everyone is as desperate as you are, there are some things you may accept because life is difficult for you but you should be ashamed to be associated with such a name let alone defend them.

If you can't see a problem with the fact that a paid, unsolicited training is disguised as a job offer for a 'business development associate' then you and your employers deserve each other.

it's not a Job. it's Business offer and that know one forces you to buy Resource materials. If you chooses to buy it's N5,000. But it so obvious that someone like you does not appreciate books because you are truly dumb. And the greatest scam taking place in your life right now is the scam of your destiny. because your ignorance will scam your future.

This guy actually said business development associate is not a job but a business offer. You couldn't have gotten a real job in serious organisations with this dull thinking.

Okay... let us all agree that Elyte is not scam... Now, you recruit people, talk to them for 12hrs the first day and 12hrs the second day and they automatically have a job. You collect 5 thousand naira from them for a certificate stating they learnt Hr and IT courses in 24hrs... Cool right?

You give them a photocopy of a business textbook and 1 motivational book. Then you go ahead to collect acceptance letter from people you haven't given employment letter to, please what on earth are they accepting when they don't know terms and conditions?...

Elyte will then tell you to bring 50,000 for them to open a customized ponzi website for you. Then they will give you NeoLife products to market on your website, these products include fertilizer, sanitizer, and medicine. if you don't sell you can't earn.

Forget the 80k renumeration, you can only get the 80k if you recruit 16people and if those 16 people pay the 55k. Elyte is still not a scam... do you agree?

For all you Dreamless Persons who keep trolling us by using Social media bullying, just remember it's a crime and only one person will serve as a scape goat, then others will learn. That's how people kept trolling Chadwick Boseman that he was on drugs, don't knowing the poor man was dying from Cancer. Many of you on Nairaland have ruined lives and Companies with your trolls and God will judge you. We have said it times without number, WE ARE ENTERPRENEURS!!! It's stated clearly in our website, what more do you want If not trouble which you will soon get. Some fools ask How did they get my phone number? If not that you are senseless, you would have known that there is something called digital marketing where people get random messages. Have u ever received Wedding invites from people you do not know, or from Advert companies, so why not ask them how they got your numbers.
Some have said Why did you invite me for Interview? What else do I call it? Should I invite you for Business Launch? Who told you interviews are for Jobs only. Interview is just a forum where we can have a formal decent conversations and if what is proposed to you is not fine by you, you appreciate the Forum and quietly walk away. And our Invites reads BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (PARTNER). so don't come expecting a banking job.
Some fools have said Why not come out open and say its NEOLIFE? These are just companies we partner with. Our Company remains Elyte Enterpreneurs. And as Enterpreneurs what we do, and rewards our Partners for is, Corporate Training which have changed lots of lives.
For those of you who have refused to grow and develop, keep your money and keep your miserable problems. 10years from now, we will hire you to work for us. When Jack MA, started they called him a fool, when Bill gate started Harvard rejected him, but today the same Harvard gave him a Honorarium Award. No matter what you do, more people keep growing with Elyte earning over N200,000 every month by building their businesses. The Pillars of Elytes are not jobless graduates like you, we have Corporate Investors from different works of life who work with us as Partners and invest good money not your miserable N5,000. We just extended the invitation to some hopeless graduates to change their lives. If you don't want to receive random messages from us or any other company just put your phone on DND, which I know you don't know the meaning, so you can ask google. I believe with this message we have made our selves clear, and Elyte has gone viral now, so you don't walk into our gate stating you were deceived. But if we get one more rubbish thread on Elyte. Inside_life will fish you out, and you will explain how you were scammed. Hopeless idiots who choose to be receptionist and school teachers for the rest of their lives. Since being a Teacher in a School where you earn N25,000 is not a scam do it honourably and live us who they are scamming, for Elyte to scam us in Peace. Is it your money I choose to give Elyte my money and in my next life I will choose Elyte again.
