A deep question.. I know right

Let me briefly tell you mine first.

So, I made the decision that changed my life years back, when I was a very young teenager. The decision is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and agree to serve God wholeheartedly in spirit and in truth.

You know, it is normal that when young people are approaching the adolescent period of life, they will start contemplating on what identity to opt for, and they usually look up to the society. Personally, I grew up in an environment that encourage young chaps to live an immoral life (as this is portrayed as a "normal thing". So, as a young teenager then, seeing my childhood friends aligning with the immoral way of the street, a part of me wanted to join the party. But Jesus Christ came to me, and offered me much better package. He gave me His Word: "Follow me, and I will.....". Guess what? I embraced His offer!

That decision made life easier for me, and I was exempted from several problems and struggles many young people face (which was due to wrong decisions they keep making). Talk about He helping me discover my talents early enough, and my talents were already making impact in other continents, despite being a young guy growing in a society with limited opportunities. Talk about He helping me grow in self confidence (that emboldened me to ignore and stand out from the crowd), self control (which explains why I can still boast of being a virgin till this moment, in my mid twenties), etc..

Lols.. One day, I should write a book about my life..

i derives joy ,happiness, and fulfilment in showering love

doing things that would make me happy for today and living my life as it comes because no need to get too serious about life because death is jus by the corner....made dt decisions after i heard dt a first class student of my skul lost his life from a ghastly accident on his way to the market..
it really hit me hard because he was very close and assisted me alot on academics, too bad his good grades, strong G.P, school awards, sharp brains and certificates didnt save him because he was that introverted type and do preach to us to read and forget party or flexing till when we done with school...continue to r.i.p comrade Micheal..

Taking the decision to have the final say on any life decision i want to make.I may seek advice but at the end of the day I do what I know is right for me and not because A or B said so.Secondly holding myself accountable for whatever goes on in my life instead of passing the blame to those around me this way i am in charge of my life and life is more peaceful for me.This has really changed my life.

Lovely. Some hours ago, I was meditating on the second point you stated. It's funny how many adults aren't taking responsibility for their own lives. It is well sha. You will continue to enjoy God's peace my sister.
