Guys abeg make una help me reason.
How should I apply for this snepco stuff. I don't have my cgpa yet. I don't even have transcript for first semester but I know all I scored in first semester.
I need your thoughts on this. How should I go about it.

Schools are not locked up, students have not just resumed (at least I can say that for my institution).

That's true sha. but ASUU strike is still ongoing, it'll be difficult for you to get ur profile signed by the striking lecturers

I signed my own during the holiday though, the lecturers should be available, they might not take part in academic activities.

But is it possible for someone to get his own profile signed by any other university staff like Faculty Dean, Level coordinator etc on behalf of HOD?

The Dean of my school refused to sign, but it isn't compulsory your HOD signs, go to your departmental office, if your HOD isn't around, there should be another lecturer that can sign plus they would even stamp sef.

They Specified HOD so no one outside your department can sign.

Just make sure you go to your department office.
