You can apply for an emergency travel certificate from the Nigeria High Commission in Canada 2-3 weeks before you travel

They're closed for passport renewals, but you can apply for emergency travel certificate through the mail. They'll process it and mail it to your address.

These people travelling....Where did they get money from? Are we experiencing the same Covid-19 pandemic??

Not everyone in Nigeria is mired in poverty.

There's money in this country.

No. You arrive in the morning, take city cab to Porto novo, then you will follow the second boarder and leave .

That first boarder (seme) is filled with wicked and hungry lions , they will finish your money

depends on the volume. But in an ideal Case just say 24-48hrs.

But I was lucky enough to get it even within 12hrs at EHS clinic Abuja, sample was taken at 10.42 am, analyse at 5pm and I got the result at 11pm

so even outbound passengers have to take the test too?

I'm confused here.

My friend is travelling to the US on Sunday. He got everything all set and is ready to self isolate when he arrives. My question is, does he need the test to board the plane?
