will this ban ever be removed?

I am not sure ooo

My own question to myself is HOW WILL THIS BAN STOP?

Shey naija government go stand as guarantor that our people will be peaceful and respect the law or what?

How will Nigeria government convince UAE government that from now onwards, only law abiding citizen will come to UAE.

The thing is Abu Dhabi or lets just sat UAE as a whole is classified as one the safest place in the world and this guys take pride in that record, so I don't understand how they will be convinced

Please guy, where is the place for me to change my Naira to euro?
It is possible I change it at my bank ( GTB)

Secondly, I planned to use use local flight from Abuja to Lagos first, before talking the international flight.
My worries now is that, local flight is 20k
While international flight is 23kg * 2
My luggage is about 35kg *1

Will the local flight accept the 35kg or charge me ?
What could likely be the charge of the 15kg extra

Thirdly, international flight says 23kg * 2
But am only Carrying 35kg * 1
And 1 school bag
Will that be a problem or I must have 23kg and 12kg in another luagage

By a travel box and divide your luggage into two. Or dash each airline money for extra/excess luggage.
Change your money at anywhere you trust. If bank, fine.

The PTF in Nigeria is already looking for a way to reduce that cost. It is too much for such a country like Nigeria with a minimum wage less than 300AED.

They are not even testing adequately daily, and they have 60 labs currently.
So they should test returnees for free to get adequate samples. It used to be free at the Port Health office till they changed it to N50k

If you're departing UAE to Nigeria, you will pay almost 51k for another Covid 19 test to be done in Nigeria after 7 days of arrival, if you don't pay, no airline will allow you to board

Sebi someone once said that There was no ban about few weeks ago. That The embassy has even released an info as regards that. What's now happening to everyone? Is anyone now speared ? Is the visa ban now real or not? And was the guy who first raise the alarm now right or wrong ? Yet several Peeps came here to castigate the guy like say the guy was in competition with them as regards Dubai Visa ban race. Where are all those that raised there voice against the dude now? Have they suddenly lost there voice or what else?

Finally , The guys information was very correct and accurate even when the UAE embassy in Nigeria denied such news of visa ban . It's a pity majority of good guys will felt the same brunt as regards the news of good Nigerians loosing several thousand of dirhams on the lucky job they got.

Let's hope for the best sha

I didn't want to say anything about this. The way the guy was attacked was unjust and he was even armtwisted to apologized at some point. And he's one guy that help with valuable information here. The occurrence may just make the guy to be reluctant in divulging info as he see or heard.

Imagine Bro. I was watching all the drama that unfolded about few weeks ago here. Some were relying on the info of the UAE Nigeria embassy. Who doesn't understand how diplomatic stunt works. UAE just played a fantastic diplomatic stunt on Nigerians cos they know our leaders are useless and won't react as at when due. Just see as these ban lingers on till December without Nigeria diplomat in UAE saying anything at all or Nigeria government releasing any information.

Anyways,. Nigeria govt has now left her citizens to fight for themselves. Imagine the game play. Anyways , I don't pity those scammers and husspipi gangs cos they are among the set of people that got the hard working ones in Dubai in these mess. Imagine someone loosing about 12kdirham and above salary in Dubai just as a result of some not well to do scammers. It's well. All of you in these positions, I pray may you all receive divine favour in these difficult situation u all found urself. Cos,it's gonna be a great setback for some peeps.

Its a pity. That news from UAE embassy was very wrong. Why deceiving us? The guy was on another job before but he resigned 4 months ago when he got his dream offer cos his notice period was 3 months and the new company was willing to wait. After completing his notice period, his former company was not even cancelling his visa claiming no new work visa for Nigeria
We all thought they were lying trying to tie him down. He went to immigration offices for enquiries and we were told we can there is no issue. Now he is stuck mainly cos of wrong information. And the company after waiting for several months is withdrawing the offer.
Once you are still with Nigeria passport, you are not immune from shit nomatter where you run to.

TRUTH WILL ALWAYS WIN IN ALL SITUATIONS

It was one pathetic period for me just because of the love for my country people.

I was attacked, banned from making comments, the pieces of information I typed were removed by moderator. He called me a liar at will without having the conscience to apologize when the TRUTH I typed eventually unfolded. Even some people that came to ask for information privately and I was helping them came openly to attack me. Such is life. I leave all of them to their consciences to judge, if they have any.

Do not blame Nigerian government but the few Nigerians who have made UAE to change their policies which is currently having negative effects on others. As I typed, another building known as Al Nadha 2 Tower, in Sharjah was busted by the Police two nights ago for the same sets of crimes I raised before. This is a building of about 15-storey. Why can't they change their bad behaviours? More are still coming. UAE would not tolerate any form of criminal activity. The country is planning to be the best tourist attraction in the world only for some criminal elements to put stain on it.

It is only a privilege that UAE government has granted to all to convert Tourist Visa to Work/Resident Permit from within the country and if that is withdrawn or moderated, the country has not done anything wrong to affect Diplomatic Relations with Nigerian government. It is a normal standard across the globe to obtain a Work Permit at the Embassy of any Country you intend to work in when you are still in your country, not when you have traveled with Tourist Visa with the intention of converting to Work Permit while inside that country. This is highly dependent on the type of Diplomatic Relations between the countries involved with exceptional cases. Since Nigerian government does not give the privilege to convert Tourist Visa to Work Permit, and UAE government is granting that favour to her citizens, why do you think Nigerian government will raise alarm?

Should Nigerian government raise alarm about the current Visa situation in UAE, then the privilege enjoyed by Nigerians would totally be withdrawn. It will be based on RECIPROCITY. It will be the same Visa policy that my citizens enjoy in your country is what your citizens will enjoy in my country. Kalas.

Let those with expired Tourist Visas use this period of amnesty to exit the country first, then plan your way back. It is HARD but BETTER for you to avoid fine or if you still want to travel to other developed countries in the future. I am aware of the ONE MONTH Visa extension going on but don't want to say anything for now.

There is no information yet for Work/Resident Permit Visa for now.

Let us be patient with UAE government, they are very responsive. They are trying to eliminate crimes committed daily by ALL nationalities at all cost in other to make the country safe for all and best tourist destination in the world.

Not only visit visa to work visa, even work visa cannot be converted to another work visa

That's Nigerians for you, they all want to castigate you and see you as enemy of progress when you try to explain the situations to them, they feel you don't want them to achieve their success here, those set of ppl come here and contribute to the nuisance they are committing before. Even, if they open the residency portal, Nigerians will still suffer to get jobs because of the damaged they have caused and still causing in this country. I tire for my country people.
