lol dinner is your problem.. all the things we’ve been saying about SSC and the likes... you’ve not caught anything? Anyways as regards food, during screening you’ll eat normal.. morning, afternoon and night.. during training, you’ll eat like a king set most of the time when you aren’t suffering.. as they never starve cadets when it comes to eating.. I even recently saw a buffet for regular cadets and it was massive... they were cutting big cow meat that was hung for them on hanger like this and they were cutting it with knife to eat.. just for cadets! Half cow each in like 10 places..

Asians especially Indians and Pakistanis were once the military instructors at NDA when our military was still at its infancy stage. Till today they still collaborate with our armed forces in different capacities. That's why there are lots of similarities btw Nigeria and those countries with respect to academic and military trainings.
Infact it was a senior Indian army officer on a visit to NDA that adviced the then commandant of NDA to ban cadets from planting their heads especially on coal tar according to him it leads to alot of head injuries and other complications after then planting was banned at the academy atleast openly but seniors were still issuing same punishment secretly, after a while it continued openly.

Lol that's not what I meant bro. They usually do dinner nights in the academy. Are ssc cadets also invited? Just asking though.

Omo I don’t think SSC cadets will see enough peace to be doing dinner nights.. I only know about their final dinner which is like their pop dinner.. the dinner wear isn’t released to them till then so I guess they only attend 1...

for dssc it's 3.2km, I am not sure of ssc. For first bus, u will be given pink card or arrival, white for second bus and yellow and blue for 3rd and 4th bus respectively

I’ve kept My steady 3.20 in 15 minutes for about 4/5 months now... I even went about 3.50kms this morning without stopping.. that doesn’t mean I’ll make first cage when I run the 3.20kms at academy doe... but I’m sure to make 2nd cage at least..for the baba wey talk say e no go pin head, you’re not ready.. that is the reality of things... if you get selected, please sit in your house.. i wish say some of you guys dey close to my side or I dey close to your side... we’ll just carry one Saturday morning and go like 5kms non stop...then we build up from there.. I don’t want to be caught unawares.. I no sabi do press-up sha but that’s the last of my problem now.. I’ll
Learn that one there but you see these kms race...i intend to hit about 10kms on one morning without stopping...

at one time, it was 15 minutes for first cage... 18 for second cage and 20 for third..this is for regulars when they come into academy..

I’m not sure about this one for short service maybe someone that knows should share.. but I think first cage is 18 minutes, 2nd is 20 minutes and whatever remains is 3rd..
Person wey get better idea make he come share

some people for here talk say you can fall asleep on that planting of pot... that’s when you’ll know that you are regimented... I hope I get to sleep on that position... at least when they ask us to plant, we know it’s sleep we want to sleep and we would do that for at least 1hr
