Once you get a break from it hold on to that break, leave it for a day, it gets worse on the 3rd day but on the fourth to 6dau you might not even RMB you haven't done it for some time, them after abi 3weeks the urges comes again, this time with a strong force, but live each day at a time, got involved in something that's time and energy consuming, and before you know it you're gradually getting your self back. first and foremost, u need delete all porn in your phone and block every easy access to them. Secondly, your mind needs to be regenerated with the help of God's Spirit and His word (the holy book) . Thirdly, abstain from loneliness keep ursef busy with useful activities and thoughts. God will help u.
