Not knowing the English name isn't a sign of illiteracy....

Like English/Scientific name is just still a name like our local names too...


Unless u are specifically looking for the English /scientific name for something.... U shouldn't see our local name as inferior

and O.P try using google image search...you should get the English name of the fish then in turn search the scientific name

I didn't ask for local names. I stated it at the beginning that I need "scientific names". If I needed local or common names, I would have said so. That guy came and started making fun of my writeup and non of you is seeing that one.

The yellowfin sole is a flatfish of the family Pleuronectidae. It is a demersal fish that lives on soft, sandy bottoms at depths of up to 700 metres, though it is most commonly found at depths of around 91 metres. Wikipedia

The last may be Chalceus is a genus of characins from South America, where found in a wide range of freshwater habitats in the Orinoco and Amazon Basins, as well as in the Guianas.
