I am not familiar with these professorial terms o .
So if my guess is correct, people began processing clearing say on Sunday before the ship entered our port?
I go need better agent, wallahi. I just dey hear different gists.

Sunday is excluded when it comes to documentations.

I said clearing begins before the ship berths, meaning the first document must have been obtained (customs valuation) before the ship docks. After it berths other process (officially) continued after the consignment is offloaded.
