there is just no fixed solution to stop masturbating, it is a process and experiences as one grows older in life makes him to stop.

An addict can't just wake up one morning and say, oh I want to stop masturbating and gbam, he thinks it is over, after two weeks he gets caught up with porn and fiam, he finds himself in the closet wanking.

He has to understand the reasons why he has to stop, coupled with one or two life encounters that proves to him the dangers of masturbating, only then will he adjust to the new normal.

Don't really have a straight answer, but I want to encourage you to keep fighting the urge to masturbate , being busy with activities will be great. Slowly u will overcome it.

Fast, pray, worship, be filled with the Holy Ghost, walk in the Spirit and become LORD over the flesh...all by the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ.

We are talking about Masturbation as an addiction here... Not just the normal once a week self-service... The difference is clear. In the former you experience withdrawal symptoms when you try to quit. In the latter you don't.

First of all, no withdrawal symptoms of any addiction is ever easy. Even paracetamol.
Just take each day at a time and be proud of the days you went without your addiction.
On the day you give in to your addiction out of weakness, forgive yourself, let it go and keep moving. The progress you have made still counts.
Don't go back thinking "what's the point? The process is ruined." It is not ruined.
Before you know it, you'll overcome it.
