Nothing in my post is misleading. All I have said is the truth. Mention one state that is better governed than Lagos in Nigeria?

Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom etc are as rich as Lagos. PDP has been governing those states since 1999 with little or nothing to show for it in terms of modern development and transformation.

Rivers, Delta, Anambra and Abia also have the potential to generate as much internal revenue as Lagos but no, the PDP rulers are only interested in stealing oil allocations and not improving the states.

As for Ebonyin, the comparison based on revenue alone is illogical. What is the population of Ebonyin? If the population that the Lagos state government has to deal with is the population size of Ebonyin, the state would look like Dubai today. With over 25million people to provide for, the state is still better governed than Ebonyin with less than 2million people.
I living around bagary iyana iba area. I'm native of Epe and I have family all over Lagos. We generate over 30billion a month despite that. Some of us know the money generated is beyond that. What are the development is Lagos? I'm not asking you to compare Lagos to other state because we are not competing here we want competency in our Land. We don't want immigrant to chose our governor , tell me what are the achievement in Lagos?
Have you been to Lagos ghetto before?
My state is sinking in the hand of criminals and our natives are kicked out from top position in Lagos state. The end near

States that need liberation in Nigeria: Delta, Rivers, Abia, Enugu, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyin.

Lagos is the best managed state in Nigeria. As a result, It is the Mecca and only hope of good life for people from the states lifted above. People from those states cannot make it in life without going to hustle in Lagos.

PDP’s several years of maladministration and corruption had crippled and still crippling the states. 2023 must be the year to liberate those states from the corrupt and inefficient hands of PDP rogues. The good governance model that is working in Lagos must be replicated in those states for their people to experience prosperity and dividend of democracy.

Just left Oniru just now and you need to see what that's entire hard rock cafe road was from end to end you will think a bitter civil war was fought there ...you call Lagos the best managed state?

You're a big joker, What works in Edo will not work in Lagos.

Lagos is currently working as Edo is also working under Obaseki, people are not voting for freedom sake or whatever, they are voting for credibility and reelecting a working government hence the 60% factor for Obaseki re-election.

Your kindreds prefer to die under the bondage of Lagos than go back to the “luxury” that PDP provides in Abia, Enugu, Ebonyin, Akwa Ibom, Delta etc. That should tell you how silly your argument sounds.
i blame the federal government for giving Lagos some advantages, that have you right to type all this rubbish....
With a good seaport and standard international airport in any of the state you named, Lagos will die naturally.

Shut up. Abuja has standard international Airport since God knows when while the ports in the SS are working.

Why hasn’t Abuja made the same wealth as Lagos? Beside government activities what other economic activities is in Abuja in terms of industry, commerce, entertainment, IT, FinTech, Business, and etc.

Lagos is the highest pool of intellectuals in this country and the reason why Lagos is ahead is due to the fact that it is situated where Human Resources are concentrated.

Its waterways is also some form of natural resources and Lagos understand how to maximize the waterways to its benefit more than other state with the same resources. Do you know they already have a port since 1909 or so?

Nigeria saw Lagos as a leading light in the first place and made use of her glory.

They should instead be clamoring for change in their erosion muddy land because they have slaved for PDP since 1999 with nothing to show for it.

Ikpeazu of Abia is bold to turn their state to shithole because he knows they will vote for PDP even if he turn the state upside down. He only shares kerosene and they Vote enmasse for him while they turn around to cry of state decay after already electing him.

Lagos is far working than other states in the country and that is the handwork of APC. Why should you change something that works?

That’s your own problem, what are you finding in Yorubas states like refugees if not because your own is not economically viable to inhabit. Either Lagos is more prosperous that all Yoruba states does not stop the fact that it is situated in Yoruba area and a state will always be the first. It can be any state.

Moreso Ogun state alone house more industry than any other state in the whole Nigeria except Lagos. What do you have to say to that?

California is in USA and it’s a viable state but does that stop the fact that it is situated in USA and will be counted with America’s glory?

Why can’t you guys develop your states to measure with Lagos in terms of GDP and industries? If you think you are truly great, why is it that your states are nothing compared to Lagos?

It’s really unfortunate the way u people brag about this lag, built by FG and all tribes in Nigeria.
U can’t hear a rivers person bragging about PH same goes to nupe, u cant hear them bragging about Abuja , everyday na yorouba and lag.

Like I told u before u slowpoke , the main reason people are in lag is the functioning sea port there. That’s all , tell ur stupid FG to make other sea ports functioning , believe me this ur lag will take a different turn.

We can brag with Ogun state. Ogun alone has more industries and generate more revenue than any state in the SE.

Lagos is not what it is because of FG, it has long deviated from that and has been what it is because of the private sector and the intellectual resources of her leaders.

Ask yourself, Abuja has been the FCT since 1991 with boom in oil, what have Abuja achieved in terms of industries, GDP, economy, entertainment, IT, education, Tech startups, and etc.?

Why is Abuja not better than Lagos in all this indices since 1991, that’s a bleeping 29 years now.

If you check Lagos GDP and IGR while it was still the FCT, it is very low coupled compared to when Lagos cease to exist as the federal capital. See the growth since 1999, Abuja cannot see such growth because you can’t give what you don’t have!

Moreso Baba Awolowo never wanted Lagos to remain as FCT, it was the same Azikwe that fought tooth and nail to make sure Lagos remain as FCT because he has the mind of an average Ibo which is to covet other people’s property coz he knows by remaining FCT, he can have a say in Lagos compared to if it was the western region!
