They are not restricted to nothing, petrol tankers deliver to petrol stations in the US all day and night. The difference is the trucks are roadworthy and the drivers are well trained and compensated. Getting a CDL to drive a truck in the US you will go through classroom and road training for like 6 months and you can make up to $100,000 a year within a few years on the job unlike here where some abo.ki will just jump behind a truck and start driving.
