Secondus: Atiku Can Still Contest 2023 Presidential Election by Philipponzaghi: 12:51am On Oct 04, 2020
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that the party’s floor is open for any contender willing to contest for the presidential election in 2023, including Atiku Abubakar.

National Chairman of the Party, Prince Uche Secondus, said this while reacting to questions from journalists in Bauchi Friday night on whether the party will re-present the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who lost the 2019 presidential election to Muhammadu Buhari.

“There is no room for discrimination,” Secondus said in Bauchi State during a solidarity visit on Governor Bala Mohammed.

“Everyone is qualified; both young, old, governors, non-governors are qualified to contest and we have the space for everyone–if you win, you become our candidate. The door is open to everybody.”

In Bauchi with Secondus were Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, former governor of Gombe State Hassan Ibrahim Dankwambo, former Senate President David Mark and a party chieftain; Nazif Gamawa.

While reacting to the recent defections of the party members to other parties, including Former Speaker Yakubu Dogara, Secondus said anyone could leave the party but was optimistic about their return.

“It has happened before, they will move and they would come back, that’s the assurance I’m giving to you,” Secondus said.

Dogara’s fall out, according to him, was caused by alleged mismanagement of public funds and unfulfilled campaign promises.

Did u see the large number of APC Northern Governors at Atiku's child wedding today.
Only zombies wi still be fighting themselves over APC and PDP.

We have told u guys, that the Northern Oligarchs, Governors irrespective of party and power brokers are hell bent of returning power back to PDP in 2023.

APC is already inevitably dead, most Northern APC political office holders notably Govenrors and National Assembly members that left PDP in before 2015 election are already back in PDP with one foot---Quote me.
Nothing like APC again, Tinubu faction will also go back to their old ACN nomenclature, Buhari CPC loyalists are also fighting for their political relevant and survival before 2023, cos no more Buhari on the ballot box in 2023 election.
The likes of Amaechi will be reconciled with Wike in order to accommodate both factions into River PDP ahead 2023 while the inevitable APC break up and disintegration unfolds ahead of 2023---Quote me again

Lol. Igbos how market. Shebi Yoruba man is stopping you producing the President in 2023?

Any comment now that Secondus has announced that PDP ticket will not be zoned exclusively to the SE as some of us predicted already?

Can still contest or will still contest?

Who else is more prepared to rule this country if not for Atiku?

An aspirant that spent 9 months in Dubai. He has mastered all their major secrets and pocketed their IPs. A vote in Atiku is a vote for progress in Nigeria. An aspirant that took his time to travel to faraway Asia to learn and master how development works, just imagine what he'll do once he's elected into office.

In Atiku we trust.

Nigeria is not Edo.

Inasmuch as he has the constitutional right to contest, is he the best candidate the PDP can give us?

Yes, he has the money.
Does he have the character? Trust? and love of Nigerians?

Imagine Atiku against the Lagos warlord in 2023?

God, please fly me out of Nigeria before 2023.

U don chop Obaseki money finish abi? Class captain of tax collectors. If PDP wish to win, they should bring a southerner in the spirit of unity and national inclusiveness. It is abnormal for north to have another 8 years after Buhari. And they should be kind enough to bring someone who is under 60 years of age cos presidential position no be small physical work.

Oh God! Not again. These selfish ancestors are still struggling to remain leaders and our visionless youths are supporting them. Just look at the third poster above me. Pathetic, to say the least.

Another calamity about to be unleashed on the poor naive citizens.

Las las, we'd be faced with two calamities to chose from between both calamitous parties.

The presidency was micro zoned to the southwest 1999..
The southwest betrayed the south south 2015 with a hidden agender to become president 2023..
If the south west can't support the southeast, or better still the south south my brother, let the North continue..

But all the same,, am in for a better president irrespective of any geographic zone his from..
