Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Iam in urgent need of a valid driving license.

I have not had one before but hope to process one as soon as I can.

Anyone that knows any of these officials in charge of licencing should please help.

Anyways, you should visit any VIO or FRSC office.
Drivers licence is cheaper in the office.

Not true for fresh Driver's Licence which is what the Op needs.

Application for fresh Driver's Licence takes longer than two weeks.

Madam, you were just lucky.

Ordinarily, the process takes longer than 3 weeks.

The process of securing the Driving School Certificate alone takes about 4 weeks or more.

Perhaps I got lucky, the breaking point is: many pple tried to scammed me by inflating the price but a good friend took me to VIO office and it was like magic!

Drivers licence valid for 5 years for 20k.
All Vehicle documents including insurance and change of ownership @16k and
Tinted permit at 13k.

A guy on here charged me 55k for the particulars and change of ownership and 30k for drivers licence.
Visiting the VIO office myself opened my eyes.

20k for a 5 years valid driver's licence? That's way higher than the official fees.

You got scammed as well, Sir. Same for the tint permit.

It's way better than paying 30k to one braggado guy.
The Lady VIO officer gave me a very warm reception with small chops and drinks and everything went smoothly.

As a first timer, without driving school cert: 20k is affordable for me for all that stress/hassles.

I've seen dealers charging 20k for tinted permit meanwhile the permit is supposed to be free but you perfecting the requirements and stress?!
13k did just that for me.

You can apply for the Drivers License online too and wait for 600years�

Bicycle fire!

Same way some peeps take one months to get a Nigerian passport while other get it in just 12hours.

Meanwhile, I think it depends on each State, eg Lagos is everbusy, you may not get it in 2 months sef but try Ogun state and you'll be surprised at how fast you'll get it.

This is Nigeria!

This is a lie. I got a driver's license around the same period, even in the vio office in Lagos they told me it's 25k for five years and it was gonna take longer than that 3weeks. You were not scammed you were lucky jare.
