Fellow Samsung users i need your advise on this. Both are of the same price range.

Please chinese phone users stay off, I'm not buying phone only to start ordering spare parts from Ali express

Both are good fones.. But to me I will choose the A71 due to the battery wise..

GALAXY S9+ anytime, anyday... Samsung puts a lot of effort in its flagships but I can't say the same for the Galaxy A series. the only downside of the s9+ to the a71 is battery.

Like u stated... S series is more advanced compare to the A series which is like the new baby in the family..and just like any baby with time it will grow... But both are so good...but batt3 is the main concern here and in Nigeria where power is not constant... U need a little edge on the batt3

The S9+ is a very good phone. I bought one in June 2018, I used it till this year before I change it in july this year.

I'm now using an A71, the battery is a beast.

Since I have been using the phone, I don't think have snapped up to twice with the phone

As for games, I only play candy crush soda, nah once in a while I play it too o, like once in two month but the game make sense on the phone.

Who doesn't want to use Google's algorithm for their phone cameras lol.

Well as regards the both phones, The S9 comes with Snapdragon 845 while the A71 comes with the 730g. I'd personally go for the S9 since it has a more better chipset and if the camera algorithm is outdated, you can easily use the Gcam you so much bad mouth to enhance it.


And PS even a low budget phone will play Candyrush and ludo efficiently.

On A71 you should get minimum of 2 years update, on M51 Samsung guaranteed 3 years update on the launch day of S20 ultra. On my S8 plus, I'm currently running on Android 9 from journey of 7.0

I will advise you to get the s9+ ( so far it is a new one oo).. but in other hands bro, if you know a reliable seller I for advice u to buy neat UK s10 or note 10.. look, the beautiful of any Samsung phone is display ( screen).. my mama mistakenly fall my samsung from the top shelf when she wanna pick up her purse that day she came visiting, e pain me reach bone marrow cos the screen break( like broken windscreen of a car)... I kuku no worry to go buy a new screen, I just dey use am like that till I go get money and try new iOS.. and the phone fine without casing if you fit handle am well o..

I never seen a71 before but I don handle a51 and the screen self dope and massive( I really dont like phone with big big screen jare) me no dey use phone play game or video.. I only browse and use heavy apps..so I no sabi all these processor stuffs like that.. and besides the phone is beautiful thou..



And see ehn, if you dey use s9 browse for midnight, u go cause any other screen wey no be amoled
