Next time after or before 12 months, you should make plans for a new device.

Didn't experience such, used a tecno phone for over 2/3 years. I've used a few tecno phones too, no issue like that.

how NA? First time I'm hearing this

My camon xpro went off during a video call and refused to turn back on, had to change the panel, and kicked the phone out of my life. Say no to Chinese phones, they are not built to last, thats why they keep releasing new ones every 3 months.

True..... But i think this only happens when the phone warranty has expired, i first noticed this when i was using H5 in 2015, i formated , erased and even flashed the phone and nothing happened before Abandoned the phone...

But my guy own dey always cry for space.

They are not built to last for years like the Huawei, Samsung, iPhone, sony brands.

These set cost much more but they never seem to die.

This space stuff is real. My neighbour's phone was doing it. I helped him to delete and delete. Last last i format the phone, then it stopped, 3days ago, he told me it has started again. I told him i was late 4 work, d tin tire me jare. Everytime e go dey disturb me. D funny ting is he doesnt have much files oh.

I'm using a four year old Tecno phone and I've never experienced such.

The hard disk might have an issue or an app is causing the problem, and advise him to always free his cache.

This issue is not peculiar to tecno phones, but more on low and some mid range MTK devices. I have experienced it on Innjoo, and gionee.

The plan is for you to change it every 3 to 4 months of usage.. That's why they keep releasing phone every 2 2 months.
