The Federal Government and Organised Labour will meet at 7pm on Sunday to resume discussion on increase in electricity and petrol hikes.

Deputy Director, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Charles Akpan, announced the meeting in a text message on Sunday.

“The Honorable Minister and Labour is meeting today by 7pm. You are to cover. Thanks.”

At the end of a three day meeting with Labour, a seven-man Technical Sub-committee to review the increase in electricity tariff was inaugurated on September 28, 2020.

The committee was given two weeks to submit its report.

For what? why run to the government for an action of the private sector & market forces, or they want the Government to keep paying the subsidy?

They should protest for the National Assembly to pass the PIB bill, & also revisit the privatization of the electricity sector, so called DISCOs & GenCos are worse than sars, they are a disgrace to civilization, Reno Omokri & co would say no, because his former boss will be indicted.

No necessity for the briefing. The the Labour leader has lost the distrust and assistance of Nigerians. We already know that Anything good will come out of the briefing.

They have ready collected bribe and sold out.

That meeting has been overtaken by events. They should 'unorganise' and join the youths in the imminent revolution
