All these Nigerians sef. When we took the game to Brazil and had them managing to draw the game the coach was technical abi?

You don't know many of these players are playing together for the first time and in such a long while and many are even debutants.

Look at some positives: a solid GK and a few good showing from some debutants.

When the first team players return, it is obvious the team will get better.

Same excuse all the time. Don't other teams share the same predicament you mentioned? Yet they always play better and put up at least a decent showing.

What then is the difference?

Algeria match, we were totally outplayed. Today's game, almost the same thing. Don't these other teams have players who are playing together for the first time and after a long while?

Don't they have debutants too?

Yet they always put up a better showing every time we play. Something is wrong. It is definitely not the excuse you are making.

I always try to be positive with our team, but sometimes one can't help but to acknowledge that something is wrong.

I wish we can also protest the new electricity tarrif hike as DISCOs are already implementing the new hike while the government and labour are busy feeding us with fake news of two weeks suspension of the hike and another week. Lies everywhere. ikea electricity has effected the increment sharp sharp.

Lol.The commentators above me are something else. grin.Well,I think this match features some slight improvement in their passing and attack. Also,it shows omeruo is not really an ideal starting eleven player for SE.Musa was not his usual self:very average performance.Simon Moses is better off starting from the bench.Kelechi fits the profile of a false nine.Dessers played well and should be a strong alternative to Osimhen. The keeper really impressed, but he need to learn the skill of passing the ball to team mates in dangerous positions in the opposition's half.Over all,not an interesting match but I reckon the new kids especially ejuke, should suffice to make us a formidable team with the right tinkering from Rohr.

This national team has no real zeal to win that game, imagine ihenacho loosing a penalty

The zeal was there. I was impressed with their level of energy. See the way they were going after the ball when they lose possession. They showed hunger. Nobody was forming big boy on the pitch like we use to see back in the days in Super Eagles.

But you see, having just zeal is not enough. Zeal without ability will never produce result, and that was what we saw today.

And when I say ability, I mean both from the players and the technical crew.

And yes, Iheanacho’s penalty was pathetic. It wasn't about zeal, it was about lack of ability.
