I suspect so, because once tracking shows Dispatch to overseas postal admin, it usually arrives within 3-5 days but items dispatch on Oct 2nd is now more than 2 weeks yet to arrive.

For virtually all the Orders I've tried to process all I see is AESS and sometimes DHL

our Oct 2nd shipments may have been affected by the Chinese holiday of 1-8 Oct, maybe shipping was delayed or something.

While the phone screen protector i use yanwen which is a non tracking parcel.
I just hope for the best when i get to po tomorrow.

Not necessarily. I have received more than 6 diff items that stopped at just *hand over to airline. As long as it’s not registered mail the tracking can actually end anywhere but you will most likely still receive ur order. And if it’s registered mail it may take a while to update but it still will. If your registered mail never gets to *despatched to destination country/overseas at all at all after 3weeks max. Then that’s when water don pass Garri.

No. Since I had opened the package before I discovered the damage, a video showing only "after opening parcel" moments will likely not be tenable.

And that was what AE arbitration team simply implied by their "3 days after parcel delivery" damage report as invalid.

As long as it gets to despatched to overseas you are good. Sometimes it wouldn’t even update to the code of ur P.O. At all. e.g arrived at ...NGSHO But Since it’s accessories you are still Very likely to receive it.

Incase of next time once you notice anything fishy about the packing, just video why opening, just for cases like this.

The purchase protection remained 5 days by the time item was delivered. AE took another 2 days to step in to arbitrate and even though I implored the seller to extend BP for another 21 days before I agree to his proposal to cancel dispute (I assumed that he may want to propose to send a replacement), he did not acceed to the request.

So now, all that is left to do is file an appeal. Unfortunately, that appeal thingy from my experience is at best academic. They've never responded to any of my appeal.

U ll make a new proposal and explain the packaging materials in detail.....but in this kind of scenarios, it's rare to win the case
