Be patience. There is delay because your application was not straight forward. When application is not straight forward there is usually delay in reaching a decision. (They are making verification) and that is taking them time. They will certainly reach a decision and then notify you immediately their investigation or check is finish.

So be patience.

All the best.

Your application is still within the timeline, unless you paid for priority. Completing this is as good as escalating a delayed application. I would suggest you wait since they already said it is being considered.

She applied for her transcript and certificate last year September in her university and she got all the the letters to submit to Naric,the letters were dated last year steptember. Due to some circumstances, she could not submit . Now she wants to apply to Naric for verification of English and we are confused if we should use the letter dated last year or request for another one from the school ( but I don't know if the school will agree to give her another one). Kindly advise if one can use dates that is now one year to apply. Thank you

You can use the old one you collected a year ago, as long as it's a letter stating the medium of instruction and evaluation during her study was English...you are good.

I submitted my passport for my Visa to be issued because I had to appeal. I got an email 2weeks ago stating that a decision has been on my application and that it as been dispatched hence the reason why I asked if I should go to the collection center to check if my passport is ready for pick up because I am yet to receive a pick up mail.

My husband and I have been gathering documents for spouse visa application with the hope of submitting on the 25th of October.
But unfortunately, his work ended due to Covid 19 untill December 2020 (he was not sacked but asked to resume back by Dec). He was stopped since September. Which means the last time he worked was August.
Is it still possible for us to continue with the Application?
Or what can we do?
I am devastated due to the 28days rule for payslip.

Also, is Covid concession applicable in this case?

Yes you can travel.Do not fear. I travelled last month with expired TB certificate. Mine expired since April. I also know others who travelled after me too with expired TB certificate. The certificate only needs to be valid on the particular day you put in the application.

But why you no take time read backwards? It's been dealt with b4. Una no dey gree read....

Hello house, I applied for a student visa last month when I went to pick my passport there was visa on it but it has been cancled with a red biro. Reason for that was.. They said I had an entry vias to Gambia and they said it was not genuine but I genuinely went to Gambia with my wife December 2017 and the immigration officer at the point of entry stamped our passport. I have then appeal with evidences like Filght Ticket, Boarding pass, Hotel ticket, pictures , videos. But it's more than 3 weeks I haven't gotten mail or reply I want to know if anyone has had this issue and how long it took and if there is anything else I need to do. Thanks
