I regret ever working with y’all !!!

Apparently MTN said they were having service challenge at their hub site in Lekki the same day a genocide was made in the toll gate

Does it make sense?

Everyone is coming out to deny their part in the genocide

Tinubu, Sanwo olu and even Army

Same way they quickly denied sending thugs to disrupt Alausa Protest

These networks are indirectly owned by this same politicians through shares. Ditto banks and oil majors. So don't expect them to take actions that go against the interests of the politicians that own them..

The govt paid and bought over MTN to disrupt service so as not to capture the Army shootings and killings online n prevent people from making calls.....

they remove the CCTVs, then switch off the lights and MTN is here saying this fabulous stories.....

indeed there was a country!

They were experiencing network issues, but didn't forget to wipe out my over 4gigabytes in less than 30 minutes of being online. I wonder why the protesters didn't take their grievances to MTN office, but rather choose to raze down banks. #ENDMTN

He also has a very big mouth...

In the next 15 years MTN would still be existing as a company, Davido's musical career is not likely to last till the next decade, he needs to stop burning bridges with his big mouth!

If Dangote and Otedola pool resources together they wont be able to buy MTN Group 100% without taking a bank loan talkless of Davido!

I like that. I like your knowledge of corporate finance. But you mentioned except he takes loan. This means that he could take loan by engaging a consortium of lenders to fund his bid for MTN acquisition. The main thing is for him to buy MTN.

Davido has no experience about running a well constituted multinational corporate organisation?

Davido talks too much. For you to effect a hostile take over of a company you need people who can keep their mouth shut so you can rely on the element of surprise.

Apart from music and a few product endorsement contracts which would fizzle out as soon as he crosses 35 years of age he has no other big ticket investment that generates substantial revenue to help service the loan

Davido's maximum net worth is at best N1 billion (US$2.8 million) of this amount less than 20% or N200 million (US$476,196) is in liquid cash that can be called upon at short notice

51% of MTN Group's equity will cost at least $4.0 billion to acquire therefore it means he would need a bank loan of at least US$3.5 million

Any bank Managing Director who is foolish enough to approve a loan for this deal should make sure he writes his resignation letter and also kiss his banking career goodbye because you don't need a magician to tell you that this loan will definitely go bad!

Even you Goldencheese will not put your money in a company that will be run by Davido! grin

I like your very sound analysis. But all he needs is to hire the best team of advisors and employees working directly with him to crank out solutions for the acquired company.

Can I tell you something? Education is overrated. As long as the entrepreneur is literate and willing to learn, he can make things happen.

As for Davido being loud, you are right and that may be a result of his entertainment business and wealthy background. But I think he is a nice guy in his core being. He also hustles very hard and I'm sure you'll agree with me on that one.

But all in all, financial education is important in doing big things in this world and becoming finacially free.

Thanks for your time.
