The Nigerian Army Did NOT Kill Protesters In Lekki

Amnesty International Nigerian chief representative, Mrs Osai Ojigho, was asked directly on Arise TV by Charles Aniagolu today, what their evidence was that any person had been shot by the Nigerian army at Lekki toll gate, and she could not produce a single shred of evidence. She began to stammer.

Charles asked her, ''Do you have any bodies?''

Silence.

''Did you SEE any bodies of any dead victims?''

Silence.

''Do you have any names of people that were killed, even ONE name?''

Silence.

''Have you been contacted by even ONE family that claimed they lost a loved one?''

Silence.

..................

This is the Amnesty International that claimed the Nigerian army had killed 12 people at Lekki Toll gate.

They had ZERO EVIDENCE of the claim.

The woman then started to say ''Oh well, the army has a history of shooting people and then taking away their bodies and hiding them etc etc'', to which Charles Aniagolu replied:

''Sorry madam, but THAT is NOT evidence of anything. Can you come back to us when you have REAL evidence of an atrocity committed by the Nigerian army at Lekki?''

WHY ARE WE BEING LIED TO THAT THE NIGERIAN ARMY OPENED FIRE ON Endsars protesters?

Thank you sir.

I have watched every one of those videos.

IN NONE OF THOSE VIDEOS IS THERE A SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE OF A DEAD BODY.

The last video in particular looked very suspicious. One girl was covered in what looked like blood, and yet she rose up, from the floor like she was not really injured at all.

I saw one person with a wound that could have come from a rubber bullet. He was walking around.

I SAW NO DEAD BODIES IN ANY OF THE VIDEOS.

Have you heard Sanwolu confirm 2 deaths already?

Or you and your paymasters are so bloodthirsty that until there are 1million deaths then revenge is not justified?

Why was the army there?

Why did your president not mention the Lekki incident?

Did you hear the army took dead bodies? Can you counter that?

lolzzz..rubber bullet you said? from where?...what about people who were injured from direct gunshots?..all of you are claiming the soldiers didn't fire directly at the protestor's so how come they had injuries of gunshots...I really don't know what you are trying to defend or cover up..deaths or no deaths it has been established that soldiers fired live bullets on its citizens and that act alone is treasonable...there is no way you can come out here to defend the indefensible...what is wrong is wrong in totality..and this is a means of pacifying the protesters that nobody died they only sustained a minor injury so we should clap for you and the Nigerian army.. you should bury your face in shame for trying to do there dirty work of damage control..and now the governor of Lagos State has agreed that people actually died?.. with everything going on why would the youths actually believe that this government will stop police brutality... action speaks louder than words...

I don't know who taught you guys this.

That if you flood internet with fake news, google will start showing it.

Google cannot index NL before many big news stations.

And they have the real news.

And guess what? NL cannot be a credible source.

Why was the army there?

I don't KNOW who was ''there'' or ''why''.

Why did your president not mention the Lekki incident?

Probably because he's still trying to figure out what the hell happened there.

Did you hear the army took dead bodies? Can you counter that?

I ''heard'' a lot of things, including claims by Amnesty International that 12 people were shot dead, for which they had ZERO evidence.

You do not merely go by what you ''hear'' in ascertaining the validity of a claim, unless you are a dunce.

None of what you've typed here shows that any single person was killed by the Nigerian army at Lekki Tollgate.

And yes, the army does use rubber bullets if deemed appropriate.

ISN'T IT STRANGE THAT IN AN INCIDENT IN WHICH NO LESS THAN 12 PEOPLE WERE ALLEGEDLY SLAUGHTERED, NOT ONE SINGLE MEMBER OF ANY OF THEIR FAMILIES HAS COME FORWARD TO SEEK LEGAL REDRESS/COMPENSATION/PROSECUTION?

ESPECIALLY IN THIS CLIMATE WHERE EVERYONE IS WATCHING AND WILL DEFINITELY DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY?

I FIND THAT REALLY STRANGE.

It's not an issue if dead body, the army were there, and the open life fire on unarmed protesters. It goes against their rules of engagement. Even if no one died. I am not disputing the fact of wrong information neither am I saying that 78 people were killed. But the army did open fire at them and the governor has confirmed the death of two persons n many injured.

So it's not really a matter of dead bodies but the action if the army.

They are also claims from eye witness that army went away with some bodies.

In the absence of evidence, ''all you've heard'' constitutes mere hearsay, which is inadmissible on its own in any court of law.

If the army ''fired live rounds'', how come nobody was killed?

If anybody was killed, where are their bodies?

If the army carted off the bodies, where is the EVIDENCE of that?

Where are the families of the supposed dead people?

Or don't they have families?

Have they reported their loved ones missing since they went to Lekki tollgate?

If not, why not?

WHY IS THERE NO EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING?

And finally, why did Amnesty international LIE about the incident?

So for you, you would rather move from "unknown" to "known" instead of moving from "known" to "unknown"?

Do you know what is called an "eyewitness account" in a court of law? Is it empirical?

Do you know what is called a "lead" in investigation? Do you dismiss a lead without conclusive follow up?

A massive PR attack will start soon.
Influencers will be paid very heavy.

Their job
1. Call ALL videos/pics of the killings and massacres as “fake”.
2. Paint govt as victims of fake news.
3. Deny all the evils govt has done.
4. Accuse critics of “inciting violence”.

Just watch.

I think the former makes more sense if you have no evidence.

Do you know what is called an "eyewitness account" in a court of law? Is it empirical?

Eyewitnesses must be cross-examined to ascertain what they truly know.

Have you cross-examined any eyewitnesses in this case?

Do you know what is called a "lead" in investigation? Do you dismiss a lead without conclusive follow up?

You do not dismiss the lead. Neither do you form a conclusion based on a mere lead without supporting, incontrovertible evidence.

At this point there's nothing anybody will say to convince u. U have made up ur mind to believe what u want to believe. Even after the governor say there are two death u still dey ask all this foolish questions. If everything online was fake and the army was never at lekki n nothing happened at lekki, then how come d governor is announcing the death of two people. He initially said no body die, coming deads death toll go ride from two, just watch.
