The role of TSA

Is there anyone here, that sat for the role of office 365 technical support engineer? Between 14th of October to 16th of October and have gotten a call for an interview, if yes pls indicate.

Finally I can type here

I wrote the Technical Support Associate assessment test ok the 13th Oct. Yet get any response though I called a friend days ago and I was told due to the crises, the HR department had to be working from home until then. I guess that is what's delaying things but they place priority on some departments that's why a fee person got called already. Majority is on the Technical support Associate

After all aspects of the test, how did you guys know you passed because there was nothing mentioned in that regard and no one saw their scores? I only heard that we will be contacted. Does anyone have a contact in the HR department to help find out things? Though the riot and destruction took over a week off them as they couldn't go to work for safety reasons. Still hoping and waiting though...

So after speaking with my friend there at Tek-experts, he confirmed to me that the HR department is yet to resume. They are still working from home. So I think there's no cause for alarm for now. Let's keep the hope alive.

I did the on site assessment on Tuesday as well but yet to be called for the oral interview even though the lady that did the speaking test for me told me that the man that called me for the interview will call me for the oral interview

The English isn't really that hard. Once you know your lingua franca very well, then you're good to go. Just take your time to choose the answers carefully.

For the technical, it all depends on the part you applied for.

You should have knowledge of computer networking, maybe active directory and basic computer questions. Technical questions varies according to roles sha.

It's an online test which includes English, customer relation, questions to know about u and others. U can't proceed if u don't get at least B2 in English. The English isn't hard but some of it are just technical..
