Hello Dominique, I had to create this account just to notify you about my displeasure concerning the bias nature of some mods moderating this forum which everyone have always been complaining about. After this, I will delete this account .

You were here yesterday , 20th of August where several monikers created an account and accused me of defrauding them. I asked them to come up with an evidence to back up their claims. You also told them to provide an evidence which they failed to. It happened to be a case of slander and blackmail and that thread was eventually locked and deleted. Funny enough before I called you to restore order, they had already called a particular mod called puskin to ban me for "defrauding" them. That one (usually paranoid l, sentimental and bias in justice and would pass for a very terrible judge in real life) without knowing what went wrong or how the trouble started decided to ban me from the business section till 2044 lol. He even banned me for some hours using the spambot for "alternate account" which has expired already. Also another ban for posting pornography in the sexuality section ( I accept my guilt for that). . That might not be from him though.

But for the first anti spam not ban,
Remember that the blackmailers accused me of being a moniker called 12AD which they couldn't also provide a proof to that claim. Puskin banned me from the business section because

1. He "thinks" I have an alternate and

2. Because he thinks the blackmailers are correct with their claims even when they couldn't come up with any evidence.

I'm not pained about the ban, I'm only pained about his mediocrity and ineptitude in passing out judgment. I guess nairaland is now a place where you can falsely accuse someone and beg the mods to ban their account without even intelligently looking into the case. I will also write to seun.

I accept my flaws/mistakes.....my little honey business is still one-third halfway of striking a threshold but as God may have it...ever since I became a member of this great forum....I have met and interacted with many people that have impacted positive ideas into my existence....I have mentions that am yet to reply and I also have threads that am yet to update ever since I was banned.

Personally,I feel so remorseful over my wrong doings...I actually went off track which have indeed incurred the anger of the mod that banned me.....I have never had any negative comment from anybody here on Nairaland... I keep my business clean and free from any form of dent.

I have had sleepless nights because of that my account as it is the only account which I solely utilize it's values.... Nairaland have been a second home to me ever since I discovered the forum way back in 2016....I have also promoted an ad here on Nairaland which is clearly showing on my account.....
It's due to unforseen circumstances that have pushed off funds from me that's why I have been unable to boost up another advert..... although the money I have used to buy campaign credits might be small in your eyes but personally that's what a young guy like me was able to afford at that particular time.

I personally begged on this platform once,when I had Financial issues (The house we lived in was actually demolished without prior notice as it is owned by the government of my state"Enugu state government" ) so I came here to solicit for help that once and was advised to stop begging for help whereas I have a small business which I am managing already by a Nairalander(Coborona).

I have not met in person but it seem he was actually following my previous threads before and after I dropped off my account details (2254840700) here out of pain and sorrow as I watched my mom sleep outside the premises with no roof over her head for some days....As the firstborn.... everything is on me....I work day- in day -out just to make sure everything is in order in my family....Life have not been easy for me all this while.

I am only writing this with a heart encrypted in pain and also my inability to get in touch with you via mails because I know you are a very busy type.

Please....that account PureGoldh is the account many people know me with and the threads there have in one way or the other helped so many people which can be confirmed through the messages I have in my inbox....I actually need your assistance in this trying times.

I promise Never to add up any ad on my comment on the FP topics....I have learnt my lessons the hard way.

I hope this letter meets you well, and not in a state of irritation or anger. Otherwise, kindly put aside reading this letter untill you're in such a pleasant mood, lest I suffer the wrath of a small god that is you.

Unless you were on a banning spree yesterday, and I was just another insect that got trampled in your way, I would like to assume you remember me. If not, I was the one you banned as a result of my "insensitive" comment on this thread https://www.nairaland.com/6233309/lady-killed-asaba-hotel-lift.
I feel I should let you know that, although I have come across your name a number of times on this forum, I had no knowledge that you were one of the small gods ( I mean no disrespect with this name, it's the only title befitting those who divinely moderate the affairs of regals and urchins alike) here on this GREAT forum.

Moving on to the purpose of this letter—my ban and it's preceding cause. While I still stand by my opinion that the lady's actions were strange, I must admit that my choice of words were not particularly the best, especially in a forum where, albeit having unique and great members, not all were chanced to have a well grounded background in our lingua Franca, even amongst the gods. Without saying, the comment sparked an outrage from a lot of noble, courageous, wise and empathetic nairalanders that awarded me a couple of names such as "psychopath", "fool" and "sicko", some even said a "prayer" or two.The only way such noble men and women (that might be wrongfully labelled as a mob but are too noble and righteous to be taken for that), could be appeased was by presenting my head on a pike.

Moving on to your ban—the contention of this letter, I do not think it was just. While you have the right to hate or like whomever you will, I do not think your power extends to banning members who state their opinions without breaking any of the rules just because you don't like them ( please don't make the claim that I was spamming, you and I know very well that that is not true).

Your ban, while it handicapped me for a while, awarded me the time to have a perusal at your posts. And I must say, you're not all that "righteous". You have clearly shown disbelief in the massacre that happened at Lekki and even termed some evidences as "doctored". Quite "insensitive" don't you think? In one post of yours, you agreed that the bulk of the youths protesting are "cultists", "criminals" and "drug abusers". There's no need to defend your opinions because in your court it is "indefensible" and also to avoid this thread being "unnecessarily bulky" (your words, not mine). These are quite the insensitive statements and you "goofed" big time—is what I would have said if I kept to your own standards.

Quite frankly, I do not care what you support or not support. I chose those comments because they are unpopular opinions and would not be palatable to a majority of members here. But if the roles were reversed, would it be just for a mod to ban you on the basis of "found to be insensitive"? You strike me as one who wouldn't be in support of the social media bill, and yet you exercise your power at a comment that wasn't even directed at you because it did not sit well with you.

I hold no grudge against you. Infact, I would like to believe you're a good person. For someone to be so committed to marry you, then you must have some good within you. Your concern towards your dogs (I hope they are fine now) shows you have a heart. I would not be too shallow to simply nit-pick one or two actions that would afford me to describe you as a "terrible person". All I want is that you put more logic and reason (as you have claimed you are one of those who do so in your previous posts) and less emotions in to your decisions. This is sad, I'm always scared of that. My dog always run in the way of my car when I drive him. I always feel she's smart enough to stay away. With this, I need to be more careful.

This can be painful. Something similar happened to me 3 days ago. My very young eskimo was under my tire and I reversed and matched him somewhere. It was so bad that I had to reverse further so he can get out cuz he was stuck under the tires. I thought he's dead with the way he was screaming. To my surprise! He's perfectly fine. No broken legs, not fracture. Nothing! I swear it still looks like a miracle to me. At first he was limping then after 5 minutes, he was fine! Running around as if nothing happened!
I would have thought maybe it only caught his tail if not that he was limping. I swear I'm so lucky!
