IPOB is not Igbo and it is clear that some of those Igbos affected deserve justice too.

Look, let's all be sincere, the Nigeria government or army never cared about any rule of engagement, nor the manner of which the soldiers were to handle the protesters and we all know they used live bullets or government isn't that organised to think of using blank bullets. I am sure [they] just handpicked a bunch of soldiers, told them to load themselves up at the armory, and directed them to quell the protesters using any means necessary and left them at their discretion.
