It is indeed unfourtunate ,as a safety and emergency response coordinator the death would have been avoided.Sheer out of literacy is the cause. the chairman would have simply liased with Nepa to seize power to the Area while the cutting was to commence and restore it back after. from surveying the said tree there was no way contact would not have made with the power wires while trimming the tree. it is reallly unfourtunate.
