Hey Alex, It’s not compulsory to pay your dormitory fee before coming to Poland.. documents that will be requested from you at the port of entry is your Admission letter, Accommodation documents or a letter stating that a room in the school dormitory has been reserved for you, School address should be included

In my case, my school provided me an accommodation, so it's different, but in the case where your school does not have a dormitory/hostel, one month payment or reservation is enough, that's the highest you can even pay for. So you're good to go.

If the school has provided you accomodation, and they gave you a statement to that effect, then you're good to go.

Yes you can go on the date on your slip... but you can mail them to know if it’s ready earlier before that date
