Try to improve your signal reception.
Although two other people I know have complained about that TP too.

Try and change the position of the dish like remove d form d position it was installed and install it in a better position where it will stay firm

Secondly go through d cable dat was use form d dish to the decorder and check if der is any joint if der is any change d cable

This is an old Sky HD box, my cousin's use to use this back then, before the upgrade to Sky Q.
Sky has stopped producing it since 2015 or so, but it still works for Sky subscribers in the UK and Ireland.

You can't use it for FTA, if that's what you wanna know.

Change your dish location or change your dish of it's old.
Thirdly check all the timer settings in your decoder if there is anything like auto reset on your decoder
