U probably have the plastic ID card, there's no nin in dat one cause its already encoded in the micro chip there, or u're using the old plastic card that came b4 the introduction of nin.
Am currently using the laminated temporary paper ID card which they usually give b4 the arrival of the plastic one, in dat one, there is nin conspicuously written on it on the left hand side of the card.

What about the codes for other networks apart from MTN?

I have registered for it. An OTP was sent for them to verify that I am actually the owner of the number before completing the registration. I do hope things are finally settled without any fear of blocking the line.

Other network should roll out something similar for people to do it from the comfort of their homes rather than queuing up at their various offices. The pandemic is real and second wave infection rate just set in.

Please after the OTP and all, did you get any confirmation that it was successful?

it's a code that will be sent to you and you'll input it for further verification

Yes, on the website, it shows a message telling that I have completed the process.

I Just got the right information

My phone was stolen and I have been trying to retrieve my sim,but mtn said my verification is not going. I have all required documents including nin but my verification with mtn and nimc is not going. Please what may be the problem anyone
