64gig Ram. 3ghz, clocking speed

A lot of things can cause this, take out all RAM, then insert one RAM and test to see one after the other.

Another thing that can cause this is bios.

Corrupt Intel management engine (ME region) can cause late display.
You need a repository file to clean it and a bios programmer to back up the old file and flash it again after cleaning it(upgrade it to a higher version)

This is more technical because if not done properly your laptop/desktop won't display again, in some laptop it won't even power on again.

Even some HP/ dell parts are not available in the market too but you're likely to get the part than other brands.

Take for example hp mobo like HP 440 G3 is not available you will have to order it.
The truth is, if you're ready to pay, the sellers can help you order it.

Hello All, I bought a Acer Aspire v3 Laptop sometimes ago. I noticed that when I'm charging it, let say, there is interruption in power supply and it's restored in a minutes later, the laptop will not continue to charge until I remove the battery and I put it back.
What is responsible for this and the possible solution

My laptop battery I changed recently has gone dead again for the second time. But before that happened, I found out that my laptop started shocking whenever you touch any of the ports or even my phone fingerprint pad shocks when connected to the system. I later discovered that the charger also is shocking whenever it's connected to power source. My question now is, could it be that the charger was responsible for the death of those batteries or the system itself has a problem? Please help a brother.

3 blings means memory issue, since you've change RAM and no luck then it mobo issue, probably RAM slot not getting the required volt.

You will need to see a laptop technician for the solution and yes it can happen to both slot since same volt/signal goes to the 2 slots.
