There is something fundamentally wrong with Nigerians ...Everyday the good car dealers will be here advertising their cars ...but what did they get in return ....insults from internet rat....what people fail to understand is the fact that those internet rats work for scammers ....they were sent to rubish people with integrity with a view to getting the attention of gullible Nigerians ....indeed, they are getting it ....No responsible car dealer with records would wanna tarnish his or her image ...The problem is with the gullible Nigerians who fell for this people giving reputable car dealers bad name
You are part of the problem with car selling in Nigeria so STFU.

The agreement he signed at the police station was for him to pay up the whole money by end of May 2020. When he defaulted for months and I called him sometimes in september last year he arrogantly and rudely told me never to call his line that I should be talking to the police. I was shocked at the audacity he had for someone that has defaulted and is owing me almost 2million naira.
Why didnt you bring this to Nairaland since, knowing well this is where he litters all his adverts.

At least people would have been wary.

My bad though. I just felt he will redeem himself and fulfil his part of the agreement but eventually I discovered hes just like the hoodlums around presenting himself like a decent genuine human being. But good thing is that it is better late than never.

Thanks for your advise. The matter will be properly handled from both sides you mentioned. Haven't I been patient enough? For 13months? He is as heartless and wicked as the devil and will pay for his bad intent.
13 months is more than enough time. He should even pay with interest. Next time he will be careful and sincere with what will be left of his business.

I pray chloedogie recover the money fast.
This incident is eye opener for everyone who opt for preorder with unknown people instead to buy locally.
There is no toks vehicle which isn't available locally in Lagos. Best is to inspect pay and take possession immediately.
very very bad on his part because chloedogie trusted him and if third party chop the money then has to take full responsibility and pay till the last kobo asap.

A very big eye opener man. When people don't give a damn of what happens to you when they mess you up, it is very alarming. The pathetic part is that I am still servicing the loan and he is there sitting down like nothing happened.

That is actually the next step this week. We want to take the matter to the court and get to it properly. I cant just take it anymore and I had to share the story and also advise those that might be planning to go into any form of business with him because he said he does both AUTOS and real estate.

Sorry about your situation. I would advise you to change your thread heading to include the fraudulent UKLASSautos name instead if the ambiguous 'car dealer".
Please do this in order to save innocent investors that may commit funds into this fraudsters hands. It is not everyone that will have the time and patience to read through the body of your thread.
I also commend the fact that you are proceeding to court to get him prosecuted and if possible get him jailed.
I wish you well.

You are wasting time. Get this case to court and get the beast jailed for fraudulent activity. Stop pussyfooting with him. You need to include his full name and nairaland moniker in your heading.
Fight fire with fire!!!

I am telling you this because other fraudulent car dealers will soon be here to lend support to him and turn this thread on its head. We have seen it on these boards so many times. Until one of them is prosecuted in court and jailed their fraudulent activity will never end!!!

Hello Nairalanders,

In response to the call out of Mr. Seun.

It all started in December 2019. He engaged our service for the purchase of a bus from Germany. The vehicle was bought and he was carried along but our contact who we entrusted messed up the whole process and the client is also aware of this development. We paid all necessary charges on behalf of our clients for the logistics but unknown to us our contact person was never sincere and became clear to us much later that he never remitted the amount giving to him.
Fast forward, along the line Mr. Seun said he wasn't interested in the bus any longer and that he wants his money refunded knowing fully well his money was not spent because the bus was purchased. He went as far as involving the police. In March 2020 we came into an agreement to start paying up the money and the police volunteer to collect the money on his behalf but shortly after that came the lockdown which was a very challenging time for us but it was where we have paid N700k. N500k to the police and N200k to the Lawyer who has been helping us to make remittance to the police as advised by them but unfortunately he has spent the last N200k. We had to pause and ensure the police recover the N200k before continuing with the payment.

So, in a nutshell, we are on it and the client in question will get all he ever paid for the bus. It must be made clear that the money wasn't spent by us but we worked with the wrong people hence the issue on ground.

All efforts are currently being made to pay up the balance.

Thank you!

Team.

What are you saying ?

Guy you are a thief

Good afternoon house. This will be a very interesting story. I want to share my experience with a car dealer I met on nairaland(YUKLASS AUTOS without the Y) and gave him almost 1.96million and has not delivered the bus.

The matter has been taken to portharcout state CID.

Details follow below......

I promise not a single lie will be made in other to make the story more interesting.

I am sorry this happened to you. You should have opened up sooner . I pray you find justice without expending so much on law enforcement.

When you collect money from a client , it is your responsibility to deliver or refund in full within a reasonable agreed time frame.

It does not matter if you were defrauded , sick, lost a loved one, etc. If you have to borrow to pay back you do that first and save your NAME.

Your actions and inactions are putting genuine cardealers in bad light.

Settle this matter as soon as possible .

What do people gain in scamming people of their hard earn money and carrying an everlasting curse that may be extended to your generation.. God bless all the real dealers on nairaland, may the bad ones not spoil business for the legit ones.. Amen.. OP, Don't spare that idiot, make sure you get your money back with huge interest, he needs to suffer for this.. And lastly, sorry for the lost contracts, GOD will bring better ones.. Amen

OP, I pray you get your money in full. UKLASSAuto is/was never a car dealer. I had an encounter with him in late 2019 and became suspicious when he was rushing me to pay immediately for a car he advertised here without any opportunity for due dilligence. He later confessed to me he never had any car but advertise for dealers to get his commission. In short, hes a dodgy fellow. I hope you get your bucks back
