I am in the market for a new phone. What I want is a small backup phone.

The following features are non negotiable;

It must be brand new.

Two Sims.

Small screen preferably 4.5 -5.5 (max)

4G enabled.

Minimum of 2GB/32GB

Battery is good enough at 300MAH

Budget friendly (35k max)

Any recommendations?
