States in Nigeria rarely give jobs to settlers and non indigene.

Except Lagos state.

If you are a settler for example in Delta state, they will say go and bring your local government of origin letter.

If it shows you as a non Deltan you are screened out of the jobs.

This is very bad for Nigeria.

States in Nigeria should begin to copy the US example by employing non indigene.

We want to enjoy the american freedom and liberty to attain our best in life but back home in Nigeria we are each other enemy.

Take for example, Delta state government and some other states in the Niger delta region like Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Rivers state do not even have employment slot for indigene from other of their member states.
