Hello Matured ones in the house,
What would you advise a single mother with a toddler who just got a nursing job to do..
Her mum is late, no family members and she will be needing someone to stay with her son when she is off to work on night duty..
She has to relocate because of the job, so no friends to help her when is away.

It is not easy especially when you don't have someone to leave your baby with ,may be you can get a family member to stay with you ,I also work night shift in my working place but am single even at that it is not easy .

1. Get that nanny
2. Ask workplace if they have provision for night creche
3. Look around for a creche willing to take baby overnight
4. Speak with supervisor and children wing of the hospital if baby could be allowed in at night. Afterall, he probably will sleep all through.
5. Reject the night offer for day so baby can be at day creche while mommy works
6. Kukuma leave the job and take care of baby until she finds a day job.
