medicine and promoting the health of
the elderly and other individuals by
providing regular in-home concierge
health status assessment checks, thus we are looking to partner with nurses in a mutually beneficial collaboration.

What we ask is that you perform regular health checks on our clients as required to the best of your abilities.

We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver adequate person focused care to our clients, so your overall experience and proficiency will be evaluated.

In order for you to properly discharge your duties, you will be required to have the following items;

1. Basic Personal Protective equipment.
2. Thermometer.
3. Tape Rule.
4. Weight scale.
5. Pen torch.
6. Stethoscope.
7. Sphygmomanometer.
8. Urine test strips.
9. Glucometer.
10. Pulse Oximeter.

You can find and download the app on iOS or Android app stores as AxoCheck Professionals.
An online verification/orientation process will then be scheduled upon successful sign up and registration.
