This guy up there is desperate pig farmer, a High breed Foreign Grower which goes for N20-25k is what you are calling 50k each and a Sow which goes for N60-70k is what you are calling N150k, if that's how you have been selling the Pig, your Farm aught to have look better than its current condition.
