You want to employ three different persons who you do not know and have no verifiable references to run your business in your absence?

Get ready to be stolen to pieces.

Dear mitchelle16,

I am always happy to see young ladies like yourself venture into business, this is really nice and a good start to financial freedom...

Now, if you're going to employ, I will advise you get a guarantors form clearly stating that the guarantor is liable to pay for any damages or stolen property linked with the person he/she standing for, after filling the guarantors form, call their guarantors and spare some time to meet with them.

If they agree to your terms, then you can go ahead and employ.
