The law was passed late last year (I can't remember the exact date) it says players who have played one competitive match (e.g. qualifiers not main tournament like the World Cup) are eligible to switch allegiance provided they are/were below 23yrs when they were last capped. But after playing the third Competitive game for a particular country, no more.

Nigeria should not invite anyone of them. when they started as à promising young talent, they choose England. but once they turn average player's, they switched to their father land. too bad

Nonso(Noni) Madueke is more or less a regular now.
A rare gem, very existing too, I watch PSV matches now because of him.
