The Governor of Rivers State Governor Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike has refused being addressed as the Chief Security Officer but the Chief Logistics Officer. He said this today on Channels TV interview fielding questions from Segun. He pointed out that it is an anomaly for such an address bearing in mind that he is not in control of the security architecture of the state. Relatedly, he accused the Federal Government of playing politics with security. He recalled when the ex-army chief Buratai iran rough in Rivers state by invading a security outfit training in Rivers even after securing approval from federal agencies. He, also, accused Lai Mohammed and President Buhari of lying about the security situation in the country. I kinda agree with him. 2 Likes |
