No Sir, borehole is better but we are not sure of getting enough water from a borehole in Enugu city. The water table here is very low.

yeah a client of mine spent like 2m to get good borehole around agbani

And we have bought the iron reinforcement for the parapet fascia. My iron fitters will resume work here tomorrow.

No, we usually dig these wells manually. Converting an old soakaway might be tricky, I haven't seen it done that way before.

Yes, engage the hausa workers but bargain with them per feet.

So many people are going for the open staircase these days, that's why I didn't complain when I got these architectural drawings which has an open staircase plan. The days of the tenant escaping from the back when the landlord or lawyer comes to take his rent are gone

We continue all works here tomorrow, parapet, soakaway, retaining walls., compound filling.

We will start buying the wood for the roofing of this house later this week, I will give a few days for the new parapet cast to cure before we start loading the beam.
