Had to read through your diary now. You actually seem like someone who has others interest at heart. You are not a loser. You are just in a difficult place at the moment. I have that as well because I am a beautiful soul. Little slight and attitude get to me because I am not hardened or pumpous. I would say remove yourself from toxic situations, play music and stay with people that celebrate you.

Whenever you feel sadness or depression hovering, you can always talk to me. I would send you my number if you want. Maybe i could soothe your soul and take your mind away from the pain. This world won't be difficult if everyone actually looks out for one another

You are making sense, personally I think you may be emotionally traumatized, due to an incident that left you scared, which you've not dealt with.

Emotional swings from a deep seated depression which you've not addressed also. From this I guess you will be prone to depression, pessimism, touchy and melancholy in state.

Hmmmm, the way out is first by deep personal prayers (sorry to sound churchy but some things are beyond what we can see, you address situations there first, then mental and physical diligence will bear fruit)

I was thrown in a depressed mood, cried three days non stop and I questioned my existence on earth.

Hmm mine was my family. Out of evry1 in the Family, i was the weirdest. Weird in the sense that, normal things dat normal ppl do, i couldnt do. Friends and Family do make jest of me. I lacked self confidence, couldnt speakout. I prefered to be all alone in my room, i wouldnt go out(shut myself frm social media/gathering) even frm extended family). Even as a male, I would sometimes cry becos of hw ppl treated me. Depression started to creep in, I once thought of ending my life. It was at dat moment GOD helped me, and glory 2 God the rest is history. And right frm dat moment, Those things dat made me look weak/feeble began to leave me(becos of joshua1:5-9, 2corinthians 12:9 Habakkuk 3:17-19). And i became someone, dat ppl wuld want to listen 2. I became someone who culd make reasonable decision wit God's help. Glory to GOD

But you haven't stated what your problem is, or is that you don't have to disclose it? There is no way being opinionated alone would produce the effect it has on you without an underlying but undisclosed challenge or problem in the mix. Therefore, understanding this challenge/problem and discussing it with people who won't be judgemental, is the only way to become free from whatever it is you are passing through now. All what you have mentioned above are clearly symptoms of this problem.
