cos about a couple of years ago
I was in the exact same condition

can just be Happy but in a minute mood gets totally soured
even by mere imagination of what people think about you

there was a time
I didn't know what been happy meant
like I could go days or weeks just been gloomy and sad

it affected literally all my relationship with people
even with family
seemed as if no one wanted anything to do with me

it was a pain that resides in the head
A pain that's always in that subconscious
a pain.. no more like a prison
created by you, through years of neglect and inferiority complex

at the time it's worst than physical pain
I remember a time I used to hit my hand or self on the wall

just to send out some of the pain to my body which was sort of much better

it's depression my dear
it too bad cos you literally have no control over it
more like makes you feel it's always you against the world

I had. a jotter then
where I wrote all my experiences, feelings and all
since I always had difficulty opening up to people
could share with you if you want
maybe you can relate with some

about the movies
I think it's a loop hole we all have
mine was taking a walk
like I'd walk and sightsee till I feel better
most times I'd always pay my way BK cos of the much distance I've gone.. without even knowing,lol

maybe you can checkout another thing that could take your mind off a bit
mine was also music
like I'd block my ears so I can hear nothing
and I had a penchant for sad songs

well I've been free for a couple of years now tho,.. thanks to God and some people

in all, what I'd urge you to do is
know your worth

It keeps echoing in my mind, why would you call me a nuisance just because I expressed my feelings.

I think if it had been a random stranger on the internet, I might not be so pained but coming from someone who knows me for four years, and in the presence of 85 others.
I can't help but wonder, if the others mirror his thoughts.

I am of a mind to commit suicide and write a letter stating him as the sole reason, that way my ghost gets to haunt him for eternity

You're tying your self worth to an anonymous forum, maybe you are the one that has self esteem issues. What helps to boost confidence is to assert dominance in something else. Find a hobby or project worth your time. And from there you will find your confidence.

So what if no one understands you or you do things wrong, grow up and take charge of your life, fix the issues. Everybody makes mistakes that's how we learn.

You have serious self esteem issues. If he called you a nuisance in front of others, you sef call him a nuisance back. If he cusses you, cuss him back. Is it that hard?

There women in war torn regions like Somalia's Dar Fur region struggling to survive in the midst of very heart wrenching conditions. Those women have real problems. Do you think they will even bat an eyelid if anyone cusses them? So you want to commit suicide because of this?

Grow the fück up and stop living in self pity. There are people out there living in a constant state of fear of an enemy more powerful than they are because these enemies have the state backing. Those ones have real problems.

you should be happier... why bother about what people think or say about you.

we have a lot in common but I only see it from the positive part.

people including my family don't understand me but I'm not bother, I see it as been unique and I won't change for anything. The fact that you're different and don't follow crowd makes you unique.

Love yourself my dear, don't allow what people think or do to affect you. you're special and unique. People's acceptance of you don't really matter. just make good friends that value you(your time and presence) and your uniqueness.
