I have been updating the information but it's still coming back as queried for 3 good times now. Please is any payment to be made when your submission is queried

As long as you have paid the statutory fees at the point of filing, you will not be required to pay more because there is actually no platform for queried application to pay and there is no law in CAMA that mandate such. All you have to do is study the query or queries raised by CAC and respond to them appropriately and accordingly. Then, you are good to go.

The annual return is a yearly filing to the CAC, for a business name, it must be filed the following year after registration of the company, while for a private limited company it must be filed 18 months after incorporation. Failure to adhere to this means do this will result to penalty fees and you will still be mandated to pay the statutory fees and file as well. Presently, the filing of annual returns is on post.cac.gov.ng.

NB: Business Name annual returns must be filed on or before the end of June of each year, while private limited companies must file their annual returns on or before December of each year.

Firstly, does the company have a TIN No? That is the first thing to ascertain, however, if it is a Limited Company that means the TIN No have been issued already from the point of incorporation via CAC. All you will need to do is to manually file for TIN/VAT registration by going to the nearest MSTO office within the company registered address.

Hello I have a serious Issue with cac, I have corrected all the query and now i was told to kindly resubmit the information again for the second time, what’s the cause of all these issue ?

The annual return is a yearly filing to the CAC, for a business name, it must be filed the following year after registration of the company, while for a private limited company it must be filed 18 months after incorporation. Failure to adhere to this means do this will result to penalty fees and you will still be mandated to pay the statutory fees and file as well. Presently, the filing of annual returns is on post.cac.gov.ng.

NB: Business Name annual returns must be filed on or before the end of June of each year, while private limited companies must file their annual returns on or before December of each year.

Firstly, does the company have a TIN No? That is the first thing to ascertain, however, if it is a Limited Company that means the TIN No have been issued already from the point of incorporation via CAC. All you will need to do is to manually file for TIN/VAT registration by going to the nearest MSTO office within the company registered address.

I think that's not the question he asked and I'm having similar issue with business name registered same day... I tried to make more enquiry by typing the name on CAC public search website and discovered it's still showing registration in progress.... The question is for how long will it take CAC to update the new registered company on their database?
