We are starting another four flat construction here in Enugu state. To suit the size of the land we have designed a combination of 2 and 3bedroom ensuit apartment targeted at making the occupants very comfortable and special. Howbeit, many have experienced all kind of dissatisfaction and embarrassment over narrow parking space, especially in a small plot of land like this (50x100) Having considered this as one of the major challenges in a combined apartment we shall make some calculative construction and space management to achieve uniqueness and difference and am sure that, will contain the ugly experience of car pack inadequacy in most combined apartments. We are moving materials to the site as well as other arrangements, though the building plan registration will start on Monday so no work will be done in the compound until the registration receipt is released probably on Tuesday....

Dubemcapital1: I am in this dilemma presently. Had a plot 50ft X 100ft. Was contemplating a block of flats on it. Then a boundary issue developed around where the land is, and adjustments had to be made to satisfy all plot owners and resolve an issue that warranted some breaking of heads and arms  Finally, my plot got reduced to 42ft X 100ft. Now I'm not sure what to do with it anymore. |

bixton: Can the plot space (42X100 ft) accommodate two units of 2 bedroom flats on the ground floor and 2 units of 3 bedroom flats on the top floor? Though I'm not sure if there will be enough space left for 4 cars I'm thinking the slab can be made wider than the ground floor space, so it can contain two units of 3 bedroom flats 1 Like |

mexxy1: Sure, i negotiated for 16mm (Mon)rod @5000 in the evening but because am not with my list so i returned the next day they said its now 5200 and cement adding #30 each bag. Its terrible. |

Dubemcapital1: Good job.. This strip reinforcement, do your raise the reinforcement some "mm" off the ground/soil before blinding or it's stays in direct contact with the soil and you run the blinding? Why do you place hardcore on those column sections? |
