The problem is that Nigeria is now a free for all country,no border control at all there are criminal herdsmen(no doubt )but most of them are not even Nigerians and they are stealing cows,destroying farms whenever they are moving from wherever they come from to south.So,when they cause trouble there you guys would assume that they are Northerners.
And lets be clear about one thing,the herdsmen don't have any religious mindset, some might bear Muslim names but believe me it is only the name,they don't know anything about Islam,just picture it like a christian who can't say ''the Lord's prayer ''. It is their cows and their cows alone and herding them is their white-collar-job.Just imagine taking that away from someone who is not educated because someone times people try to steal their cows.
I think the government should ban open grazing and provide ranches to Nigerian herders.(they can tax them then )

That's awful , thank goodness that particular seriki has been expelled. I get a story of one prominent Yoruba man they killed like that after the cattles raided his farm and he went to their seriki to complain, that seriki is evil, though all of the seriki's might not be like that. I know the Fulani's are bigoted, they like to have each other's backs no matter who is at fault. I only pity those who are not even cattle-herding Fulani's who will get caught in this crossfire.
