How did Bird flu get to Nigeria? Do you know animals especially wild birds travel through continents? It's a random risk! Wetin for concern man concern tape worm infection if nor be association?
Viruses and bacteria are very dynamic organisms and they will do everything to make sure they survive.

You did make some valid point but can you beat your chest and confidently say covid is actually a zoonitic disease?til date d Chinese govt av refuse to release full info to WHO,with d millions of death n where is d outrage from d so called western countries.

Obviously covid has political undertone but u don't av 2 bliv dat. Notice there is a tune down on daily death if u look around major news outlets.

Beside tapeworn is not a zoonotic disease, part of it like cycle is in cow or such animals so we kinda pick it from suya or food not properly cooked.

The virus spread in China because one idiot tried to eat raw meat.
Even though our market is dirty, we always roast and cook our meat seriously before eating and that is what kills all the virus.

You people will insult somebody first, then later start making a point.
How can somebody you have insulted ever listen to you?
Me I always make my point first then at the end of the valid point, which your have read very well and understood, I can then add the insult if one is needed.

But this has not be proven, last investigation from WHO said they almost not sure of it origin

https://thestreetjournal.org/2021/02/who-say-covid-19-may-not-have-originated-from-wuhan-seafood-market/

Besides the Chinese have been busy destroying evidence
https://news.yahoo.com/china-refused-covid-data-investigator-175432898.html

Ironically nobody is still holding dem responsible even after million of deaths, economies destroyed.

In a faceless platform like this, these are expected and saying its fine will be sarcastic.
I acknowledge your knowledge and identify your intelligence, but I am admonishing you to reason. Pandemics are not new to developed countries, they've been experiencing it since the BC years and many of them have had Chinese origin.
Due to exposure, opportunistic viruses and bacteria try to thrive in the human body and when they do, they 'evolve' to be human diseases.
Talking of HIV, according to literatures, it was first 'indexed and documented' in an African hence they say it was from Africa. Its a common thing in biology and medicine to name an event to its location.

Lastly, I cannot beat my chest that covid-19 was from a particular animal but 90% probability based on history of global pandemics. Try to read about global pandemics.
Wild mammals harbour a lot of potentially deadly viruses and bacteria.
We dey consume anything too much. Pangolins should be protected animals or they start to farm am.

Tell them bros, its unfurtunate Africans don't know anything. They swallow whatever Oyibo tells them hook line and sinker. Viruses are constructed elements, which could be constructed from anywhere. The worst that can come out of wet market is bacteria and bacterium. God help us, establish our scientists ones again. Anyday Africa get sense, oyibo go lose value.

Even so, Covid-19 isn't the only virus in history. Many viruses came from animals and were transferred to humans in such places. If this was China, many would have mocking them. But since it's your country, you're naturally inclined to be defensive. It's understandable but just be cautious.

You are subtly being prepped for an outbreak in Africa, Nigeria likely to be made the epicenter.

This is not likely to be a natural outbreak but a man-made one made to look like it broke out of a "wetmarket" in the country/region of origin of the disease.

The British and indeed the west already have a pathogen, likely a type of SARS-COV or may be not, but that will likely be devastating to the black race unlike SARS-COV 19 was.

They have started

If by "they', you mean white people/the Western world, then don't blame them. Not this time. Instead blame black people, specifically Africans employed in some of these Western media. They've been trying for some time to help tarnish Nigeria with the Disease Tag. This is only the tip of black stupidity. I've been following the trend. It pissed some of these people off badly when , like they hoped, Nigeria didn't seem affected chronically by Covid in Africa instead South Africa was. And worst, a new strand emerged from South Africa and was broadly exposed in the media. Recently, these Africans employed by some of these Western media houses have been pushing the supposed "Nigeria Covid strain" but actually it's not a Nigerian Strain because carriers of same strain have been found in several Western nations.

Africa is hopeless and Nigerians need to be very vigilant and weary.
